Fav place to stay in town

We had a great experience here. Their gym was perfect, we used it every morning before Disneyland. Target was a 15-20 min walk and so is Disneyland. Taxi and Ubers are way too expensive, you may as well rent a car for a day. Staff we friendly and helpful. Nice pool area but it is a little small.

Perfect location next door to the convention centre

We went on a weekend, so expect a lot of conventions to pop up around the area if you plan for a weekend stay. Everything was very clean especially for it being a huge convention hotel. Service from check in and check out was fast and friendly. Our stay was also very comfortable, and even though we stayed near the convention, the view was gorgeous everyday. Lovely stay!

Some other women's hair and stuff in our room. Just needs to be better cleaned and maybe a microwave in the rooms

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff.

Great location to Disney - nice big rooms. They refresh the room every day without asking which is nice. Pool is ok. Having Hilton across is nice for a change to have a meal there or something. Overall is ok.

Very friendly staff and accommodating when requesting room upgrade. Great location for Disney Parks access and family friendly.

Perfect location to stay when visiting Disney. It is only a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My son enjoyed the pool.

Nice and easy check out

My room upgrade was cramped. There were huge long scary cracks in the ceiling of the second floor room! The bathroom had no fan and was very cramped for two women getting ready. I can’t imagine having to stay with someone that wasn’t my family. They have no room service even though they have a restaurant right downstairs! When you have a service dog with you the last thing you want to do after a long drive is have to flag a table when they’re all taken and order something to go or walk up to a busy bunch of bartenders during The World Cup being televised because you can’t get anything ordered to your room. Even if you DoorDash they expect you to wait around for your food in the lobby or come down to get it. The parking was expensive per day. I never left the hotel. The hotel was also hard to find and get to. It’s also busy with Disneyland families. I won’t stay here again and was only in town for a Convention.

Was there for a bodybuilding show and had to keep chasing people for a microwave which was never delivered

First time staying here. Loved everything about our stay. Will stay here in the future.

It’s a decent option nothing to brag about except for the close proximity to the convention center if that’s the reason for your stay.
