I did not like the room, the cleaning staff did not clean well, the property is out dated and I was not informed about not having a television during to renovation until I arrived at the property.

We had no television because they upgraded to smart tv

everything was great. I just didn’t receive my deposit back, which was weird.

From checking in to room service every day everything was absolutely great. Amazing experience will definitely be there again next year. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall, it was not the experience I was expecting. I reserved a two bedroom queen bedroom suite. There was a bug in my Mini mouse ears I had left on top of one of the couches. When I put the Mini ears on the roach looking bug fell on my bangs and I panicked. When I let the hotel know, they sent someone to check the room and I was told they found a “spider.” They stated the room was sprayed. The couches where not comfortable. For the price I paid and the hotel ratings, I expected better quality. To make the experience worse, they charged me $142.51 extra on my credit card. When I called to inquire about this charge, I was placed on hold for 33 minutes. When the agent finally answered, I was told the charge was a restaurant fee. I never ate at the restaurant(she specified it was not the breakfast buffet, but the hotel restaurant). I explained this to the agent, she said I would have to speak with a manager. I asked to be transferred and she stated the manager would be back on Monday. It is ridiculous they won’t have a manager on site for 3 days. I will be disputing this charge. I am very disappointed with this experience, the ratings where deceitful, I do not recommend this hotel. For the price of the stay, I am disappointed with this experience/quality of customer service.

It was kind of clean. The pillowcase for the let out sofa was not clean it had brown spots on it.

How is it possible to arrive and be told you won't have a TV during your stay, and that if you don't like it, you can cancel your reservation—without being offered any kind of assistance?

Excelente location. Rooms are specious and staff are very helpful. The warm cookies are a plus.

The overall quality was excellent. Not a bad thing to say about it. Would come back again.

Poorly maintained property and horrible at managing service guest recovery with no cable all weekend

It would not come on till the next week. We like to rest and order movies. So we canceled and left the hotel. I’m expecting a refund from Expedia

My family and I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Los Angeles this past weekend while my son attended his first travel basketball tournament. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. A few days before our stay, I called the hotel to ask about early check-in. I was told that checking in before 11:00 a.m. would cost $25, but that I could check in at 12:00 p.m. at no charge. Based on that information, I planned accordingly. When we arrived around 9:00 a.m., I confirmed with the front desk agent that early check-in would be $25 and was told that a room should be ready soon. She suggested I wait nearby, so I did. After waiting about 40 minutes, I checked back and was told the room still wasn't ready. We left to get breakfast and returned later, only to be told once again that the room was being prepared. After waiting even longer, it was nearly noon, and I asked whether the room would actually be available since there was no point paying for early check-in anymore. At that point, I was told that early check-in was actually 1:00 p.m., contradicting the information I had been given over the phone. To make matters worse, the front desk agent took my name and phone number and said she would contact me when the room was ready. She then disappeared from the desk and never followed up. I eventually had to speak with a manager about the situation. The condition of the hotel itself was also disappointing. The showers had visible rust, the beds felt old.

We've stayed at this hotel plenty of times in the past and it has always beem greatbut this time around it was a little unpleasant and it may not seem like a big issue but justbthe fact of not informing the guest before hand is what kinda got under my skin, ALL of their tv's were down due to renovations. Again it's not that big of an issue but at least inform the ppl prior to making a reservation especially if we have kids, how are we suppose to keep them busy for 2 days. Im not asking for discounts or anything special all i would like is a notice prior to getting the room that way we have options

unbelieveable, checked in to a 100.00 PER DAY deposit, and informed SORRY no TV. 2 days and it doesnt even turn on. Should be at least a particle refund. No maid service but will bring clean towels, that didnt happen either! Do better Hilton, this was unacceptable
