The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was hot and tasty with good options. The property itself (outside areas, stairs, etc.) feels a little dirty. I did not use the pool.

The room was not clean and we were unable to stay the night
-
Had to cancel our stay as there were dead cockroaches, dead flies, dust and dirt everywhere in the room and still water sitting on the bathroom floor

location for us was good, due to it being easy to access on our travels. But cleanliness of our room was okay. Bathroom was poorly cleaned, had debris and hair still on the floor. Noise from the Interstate was to be expected due to it being right off the interstate. The staff was hard to get assistance from. Our room had a sofa bed and the front desk gave us a hard time to get bedding for the sofa bed.

The room had dead bugs all along the perimeter of the walls. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat. They offered to change my room, but the new room smelled like someone had chain smoked cheap cigars in it for 30 years straight. I had to ask for a broom to sweep up the bugs myself. This was the most atrocious hotel experience of my life. I would give this place negative stars if possible.

Let me start off by saying that the staff here were extremely nice! With that said… this is a rough neighborhood. We had to take all our things to the top floor for the night because it was just too sketchy to leave it in the car. My bag alone weighed 80 lbs. there were a lot of people hanging outside the hotel by their doors drinking and smoking (not BBQ). the room was clean-ish. The bottom of my white socks turned brown when I took my shoes off. The bedding and bathroom was clean. There was only shampoo and conditioner in the shower (one conditioner and 2 shampoos) and no body wash. The AC also made a squeaky noise all night. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! The lady checking us out was very nice as well.

Not a clean room

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small and tight but overall it was a nice stay.

Old room tv didn’t work really noisy will not stay again.

We were two weary travelers when we arrived and the lady at the front desk was wonderful! She greeted us with a smile, helped us with our accommodations, parking (we had a trailer) and information. The air conditioner in our room was wonderful; the temperature outside was around 94 degrees and very windy! The room was decorated nicely and was welcoming. The only draw back was the floor needed sweeping and the shampoo and handsoap dispensers needed cleaning. The last person to use them had very dirty hands. The furniture was clean and the room was equipped with a comfy bed, nice tv, coffee pot, clean towels,… We only grabbed coffee and yogurt as we needed to continue our travels. Yes, we would stay there again and hopefully be greeted by the same lady!

The room was recently updated but done very sloppily. The floor is linoleum and the plug next to the bed didn't work if thw light was turned off. Overall, the room was clean. I cant say I felt super safe. All doors are accessed from the outside. It smelled absolutely gross outside. Like cow manure. The lobby had dust and dirt all over. I cant say I would stay again.

It was perfect for our needs. We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night

Everything was a 10/10 the room was clean. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I love how tidy everything was. The shampoo was great. We were going to have to be at MEPS real early that morning. To watch my son swear in an leave for San Diego. This is where I would rate the hotel poorly. At all hours of the night it seems there was cars racing down the street. I hated it and because of this we did not sleep well.

I noticed that someone had covered the I guess I’m gonna call the fire alarm in the room with a plastic bag so obviously that means someone was trying to smoke in that room. The check-in woman was rather harsh, but after a long day of traveling, I decided, just not even to deal with her rudeness.

Convenient location right off the highway, making it easy to stop for the night and get back on the road quickly. Pet-friendly and easy access to parking. The first room had yellow stains on the bedding, which was concerning. The room also had a noticeable odor, and we encountered bugs. When I reported the issues, the staff immediately knew what I was referring to and mentioned they had been having problems with stained sheets and odors in rooms near the pool. While they did move us to another room, the condition of the original room was disappointing.
