Check in person was terrible. Wouldn’t acknowledge us and stayed on the phone. Took an hour to check in and we were first in line.

Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience

My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. My husband and I went to the restaurant and ordered food for us, with a part of the meal "to-go" to take back to the room. Our server was very attentive, and the meal was packed up perfectly. If you are on the road and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place!

Front desk folks need to be more courteous and accommodating

Our first room on the third floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had visible burn marks on the floor. After carrying our luggage up and down, we reported it to the front desk, and they moved us to another room. We had also requested a crib, but what we received was a very worn, borderline disgusting pack-and-play, which is not the same thing. In the second room, we found cigarette burns on the bathroom counter, as though someone had put cigarettes out there. When I reported this, the staff offered Bonvoy points because the room had been prepaid. I later checked and found the points were worth about $22, which felt dismissive given the experience. I understand that the damage itself may have been caused by prior guests, but the hotel’s response is absolutely its responsibility. Having worked in hotels myself, I would have expected a much more meaningful response, such as enough points for a free night, not a token amount. Other issues included luggage carts that were too small for a normal amount of luggage and a breakfast buffet where the waffles tasted like cardboard. Overall, I do not have much positive to say about this hotel.

In this town and in another. Every time having stayed multiple days in a row, the environment the staff really everything about it and my stay was great. Friendly staff and very communicative! Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping and to those who prepared breakfast, were excellent! They were professional and kind. The entire building was clean, safe and it's location was convenient to shops and restaurants. I'll stay here every time I come to town.

Nice clean room but blinds didn’t open. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was good. Security was good in parking lot but a giant flock of birds did a number on the hood of my car.

Everything was nice and clean

Request an odd numbered room at check in so you'll be on the side away from I-40. Breakfast was quite good. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely everything. Room, comfortable beds, breakfast, staff, room service, cleaness, quieteness, everything was at the top of my expectations. Restaurant menu is in the room but if I want to order something I have to go to restaurant to grab my food. What's the use of menu in the room if there is no room delivery service?

The beds were comfortable. Rooms were cleaner nightly with fresh bed linens. Breakfast staff was very courteous.

Great

The breakfast bar was terrible. And the lounge bar closes at 10. Room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very small.

Everything was great
-
Was charged more than what I was soon on website
-
Certainly much better than a Hampton Inn.

I do wish the room wasn’t so close to lobby as it does get a bit noisy but i will take that trade off for the shower convenience.
