Staff was friendly. The in-room A/C was loud and made it hard to sleep at night. That with the noisy neighbors upstairs that kept banging on the floor above me. The floor by the bathroom had a large crack in the flooring which made the floor uneven. Pet friendly (reported to be) but had nothing on site (dog run, grass area, etc) to make it pet friendly. No hanging towels and only shampoo and soap containers were large enough for many to use and open. Yuck.

this was my first stop in Amarillo and I was very happy with the property location and the amenities, plenty of dining and shopping options , the breakfast selection were plentiful and my overbite sleep was quiet. Would stay here on my next trip into Amarillo

Loved the hotel in area. Very clean had a nice breakfast and our room was super nice. It was on the bottom floor and we did get a handicap room because of my husband. Would highly recommend.

Honestly not much. It looks really nice in pictures. I didn’t like a couple of stuff. Definitely room for improvement for the price I paid I didn’t feel very good about the room. It was clean but so many little stuff that got annoying.

location to wedding venue Lobby smelled terrible as soon as walking in the door. There were small pieces leaves on my sheets, and the mat on the bathtub did not secure and my son fell twice requiring a visit to the ER.

Personnel Cafeteria is too small

The room smell like smoke on the next day my clothes smell like smoke even 24 hours later. They’ve got the concert that I wish you were gonna be here

We had a quick overnight stay here 6/11/26 on our way to a wedding. Our room was adequate for sure, however my memory is fogged by our experience before we ever got to our room. Check-in was easy and pleasant, unfortunately 10:30 pm--booked and paid thru booking.com. I had called to let them know we'd be late. Our room was around the back, I think 212. We parked right under- exciting at this time of night. As usual, there were parking blocks telling you not to go further,,,,,,,scrape....too close...back off...terrible noises. What we could not see were the 2 pieces of rebar sticking up out of the concrete block a good 1 1/2 inches. It tore the protective plate off the front right corner of our new to us van--to the point it was dragging the ground!! We had rope in our car & my husband tied it up so we could be on our way early the next morning. When we checked out we reported it, but never know if it gets to the right person. Don't want anyone else to have the same problem---$2,000 worth of repair work to be done, as of course it hit an area of wires and sensors. Sad start to a joyous wedding. "Cherry on the top": we had to carry bags up a long flight of stairs as no elevator :(

The room was very clean and spacious, great location, plenty of places to eat around it. The staff was unbelievable at helping us out with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent. There was nothing we didn't like about the place and the staff. If anything The Neighbors or loud late at night, and way early in the morning. That had nothing to do with the place nor the staff. Would easily stay there again

The evening receptionist was doing the ‘lay the things I have to hand to you on the desk because I’m too good to hand it directly to you’ thing. As a person of color, it’s annoying and old.

Staff was very friendly The walls must be made out of paper or it was a rough crowd the night we stayed. So loud into early morning hours hearing people outside of our room talking, woke up to go downstairs and was greeted by vomit on the steps.

Updated, clean, good one night stay The door had a huge gap under it. The weather was nice but if it had been raining or cold it would’ve been worse
-
Very clean room. Enjoyed my stay and will do it again

The room was great, The neighbors were loud until about midnight. I go to bed early and rise early so for awhile, they kept me awake. Wishing there was a curfew of sorts for people to be in their rooms, not out side.

Very poor

Located close to freeway. The window in room had large crack & there was a storm with wind causing whistling noise. It was reported to desk. Room 217
