Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque North near Balloon Fiesta Park

The front desk wouldn't let us check in early saying supposedly didn't have any rooms clean since they were under staffed. The actual room we stayed had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was from 6-10, but they technically stopped at 9:15 and there was nothing left but waffles. The pool and hot tub were clean. The staff wasn't friendly.

Mattress needed replacing, ice machine broke, in door pool about 75 degrees. Touch up paint needed.

I was traveling with my two boys not to mention I have an autistic kid so he gets overwhelmedwith the trip so I use the pool to calm him down every time we travel well on these hotel the pool wasn’t working when I first check in I asked how long it was gonna take to have the pool ready and they said it will be ready tomorrow so I waited believing that it was gonna be fixed and it was never fixed. They saw how my kid threw a big tantrum in there because he wanted to go to the pool and all they could tell me is that cause we’re painting it we’re painting it and we can do anything about it and I asked for my refund and the manager instead of talking to me directly or telling me anything directly to me, she made the front desk girl to call me and tell me that wasn’t gonna be possible instead of taking my phone call or take my necessity i would appreciate her if she would talk to me about it, but she didn’t. Another thing is they don’t have an Elevator but I would recommend you!!!if you want to use the pool of this hotel, please call first to see if it works in advance of you gonna waste your money.

Ice machine inoperative. Breakfast mediocre. Ran out of waffle batter and juice from dispenser not good. Older, but good swimming pool area (cold). Good location.

It was a bit worn, but clean enough. It was a good place to stop and sleep if you're on the road.

We had a great experience! Room was clean, staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub was relaxing after a long day.

Clean worked for a nights stay. Breakage cook day the whole time and did not replace food that was empty. Front desk staff was very nice.

The window on the first floor did not have a lock, so I had to leave my stuff in my car while I was away. The room had a mildew oder, and there were lots of bugs. I slept on top of the bedding, did not use the toilet because it struggled to flush.

Now the bad. 😖The small refrigerator in the room did not work. I had medicine that needed to be in the refrigerator and the staff was nice enough to let me keep it in their office and kitchen refrigerator. Sorry more bad. I got up to use the restroom twice in the evening each time there was a huge roach in the bathroom I grabbed it and threw it in the toilet. Needless to say I didn’t sleep very well thinking that something would be crawling on me as I slept for the building being as old as it was, I guess they kept it as clean as they could sorry I won’t stay here again, and it kind of affects my stain at any other quality ends throughout the United States.

I liked how close the hotel was to my conference center. Breakfast attendant was rude, didn’t bother fixing things brought to her attention. Pool was closed. Blow dryer in my room was broken and blew cold air. Ironing board in room was broken. Dead cockroaches found in my room. Hallway on 2nd floor was extremely hot.

We did not use or have a hot tub but the room was good.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere if not just camping. They do offer a morning breakfast, but I would never eat or touch any silverware coming from this place. I will drive 60 miles just to get my breakfast before I would go here.

Pool was closed. Thankfully the hot tub was open. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. AC was nice and cold. Nice and quiet. Good location off i25.
