Comfort Inn & Suites Alameda at Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was so nice and helpful. I did not get to use the hot tub or swimming pool but maybe another time. I will be staying here again.

Location was ideal for some quick eating spots. Hotel was not as nice of what we are used to, pretty worn needs some updates. Staff was friendly and great.

First our run hadn’t even been cleaned! Door was open and room still dirty. Next,.. Our room smelled like dog so we asked them to switch. They did. Then our keys didn’t work. All was fine eventually but what a hassle.

Bed was comfortable, environment was quiet, a variety of food was offered for breakfast, parking was plentiful, check in and out was easy, all staff was polite and friendly, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance, price was great! I cannot think of anything right now. Sorry!

Decent breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff

The property was clean, and the front desk gals were friendly, efficient and helpful. The property is somewhat in need of a face-lift-worn carpeting, needs new paint, etc. I did not have the remote control for the tv, however, when I called the front desk, she brought me one immediately. The radio in my room had no cord attached, so therefore did not work. The safes in the rooms do not work. The pool was closed while we were there. I was traveling with a friend and her mother, who had a separate room. Their room phone did not have a cord, so therefore did not work.

The main thing is that the pool was not open. One of the breakfast days there were not enough waffles.

The room was dingy and old, not at all like displayed in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were down the entire time we were there, even though staff kept telling us it’d be fixed the next day and be up and running. It appears like the hotel doesn’t actually wanna put the money into maintaining the property or fixing the properties up or making it better. I’m very upset that the staff lied every time I ask the staff about the hot tub of the swimming pool. I was told later today or tomorrow and that never happened. I was unable to properly secure my room because the deadbolt on the back of the door was broken off. There was rust on the showerhead. There was no towel racks in the bathroom. The towels were just piled on the counter. It goes on and on I will not be staying there ever again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel probably the only thing that was decent about this hotel was the breakfast.

I reserved 2 queen beds for my son and I. I got a room with 1 queen bed. They couldn't accommodate my request but they offered me another room with 1 queen bed. DUHHH! How does that help?! I had to try to sleep on the floor but it was too hard. I stay here quite often but was very disappointed.

2.GYM TV not functional. Stayed on small icons. hotel staff is aware of the above and kept saying that the matter was escalated to hotel employee

Super nice people and great breakfast. They have a lot of pride in the place, even though it is run down and needs a facelift

Nice place to stay

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment the eggs were good but the Canadian bacon was very dry.

Breakfast selection was average. Personnel were nice and rooms roomy. Work out room and pool were okay. Wife slipped in tub so be careful.

I was only there for one night however it was very clean and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I was a bit nervous when I saw my room, 214, was not only next to the elevator but actually the elevator shaft was within the rectangle of my room. Picture getting out of the elevator, then immediately turning left in a quick u-turn to face your door. Then when you open the door the next 10 or so feet of wall to your left is the actual elevator shaft. However I never heard a thing, it was very quiet. Front desk staff was very pleasant. I would not only stay here again, I wouldn't even mind staying in room 214.

Overall the facilities were pretty good. The breakfast had many options. Unfortunately the WiFi was subpar for most of our stay. Also, the TV programming requires a Samsung account. I don’t really care for that. Other than that, the stay was ok.
