I like that the rooms were clean and they had free breakfast.

Overall it was a good stay. There was an issue with ants in our room and we were offered another room with the same issue. We were then moved to a 3rd room with no issues. There is noticeable wear and tear, especially the carpet in the hallways and vinyl elevator floors. Room cleanliness was somewhat mediocre with visible stains on the pullout couch and dirty floors. Breakfast was actually good with a variety of food. The pool is small and there is limited space. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and retail stores. Staff were really nice and accommodating to the best of their ability.

Everything was up to our expectations, my kids had fun. The location was easy to find. The breakfast was also great. The room.was very nice. Impressive actually. The only thing to.say was about the pool. The room inside the pool area was very concentrated with chlorine. The air wasn't properly circulated.. other than that the whole place was great.

As always my stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. And breakfast was perfect for my grandkids!

The entire stay at the hotel was perfect! That we had to leave the hotel because our trip brought us back home

Good deals "Wifi wasn't working", Front desk says that the services were being switched. Didn't do anything to find a solution.

Room was clean. Only had part was bathroom had a sulfur like odor. Facility was updated enough. Pool is very small. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Good customer service. Blood on pillow cases asked for another room, sent message to customer service to the hotel and Booking and no response from either, poor customer service in that part.

Large rooms. Quick check in check out. Close to many restaurants, bars and highway.

We had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our trips to Albuquerque.
