Clean room and decent pool

I was given a dirty room upon check out. The room had already been used by a prior guest. The sheets were stripped, towels used, no pillow cases, no coffee, hair in the drains. I checked in at 3am and was super tired and disappointed. I had to go all the way back downstairs and get a new room requested. The room they gave me was not the room I paid for! I paid for double beds they gave me 1 bed and a smaller room. I called to let them know and I was disappointed. I had my new born with me so I was not going to go back downstairs again. I’d also like to mention the bath soaps are the worst I’ve smelled at any hotel. The AC was also broken. I let management know of the problems. They issued me 1000 points .. that isn’t even equivalent to all of my troubles. Do better Marriott. I put photos of the used room.

The staff were so friendly, and kind! The hotel was clean and comfortable!

I expected more from Marriott, but at least the location is great and you get lots of dining and shopping options.

good location near freeway, university, and restaurants. Clean and large, light room with comfortable bed. Lots of free parking. No complaints!

We booked a room there over the weekend and came Monday, I noticed I got charged twice on my credit card. I called and the man who answered transferred me to their accounting who wasn’t even there and I won’t hear back until tomorrow. Now I want to know why I got charged twice, one for $172 and one for $217. The room we stayed in, for the price we paid, it was small. No trash can in the bathroom. No hand soap besides a small bar soap. We got food before arriving to the hotel and find out there was no microwave. So that was a bummer to eat cold food. The front desk people was rude. We arrived around 8:30pm and no smiles from any one of them. The room wasn’t the most clean. The carpet was dirty. My daughter was running around barefooted and 30mins in, her feet was dirty. And what’s more dirty was her finding a man tank top behind the couch. Definitely wasn’t my husband’s. I couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning.

Great location! Close to I-40, shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean and appeared well-maintained.

The pool area was great! Love the half in/half outside. I was originally there for a conference so I did not explore the whole place as much as I would have like.

Dont waste your money. The other reviews are correct. The rooms are tiny and the ac is so old it cannot cool the room, it was muggy and gross. The pool was dirty. I would have rather stayed in the best western this was not worth the extra money.

This Marriott is family friendly! The pool is indoor and outdoor which makes for a fun time!

My room was terrible the ac didn’t work properly it was really hot the fridge didn’t work it was full of water

The hotel is convenient to shopping areas and restaurants. Lobby area of the hotel is a little bit crowded.

The room, especially the view, was beautiful. The a/c wouldn't work, so they sent someone up right away to fix it. Then, the next morning it wouldn't work again. They fixed it and let us have a late checkout for the trouble.
