Overall the stay was nice

Very large room with comfortable beds. Room came with small kitchen that was nicely stocked with the necessary cooking and serving items. Downside bathroom shower seemed small as compared to the room. Overall, a very nice stay.

I liked the area near fun things cool shopping areas Was parking in the back and was unloading my bad and seen that their were coach roaches by the other building so I moved my car

Disappointed we purchased a room that was supposed to sleep 6 two queens and a sofabed. We were given a room with just the two beds, they blamed it on Hotels.com. We have a large family and needed the sofabed. We had to go out and buy two air mattresses since they didn’t have that room available. They said we could pay for another room at full cost. Completely not helpful. Pool was nice and clean. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel area felt safe. But I will not be going back as they lacked any customer service when it came to the room. Also the security guy reversed into a truck and didn’t look to notify whoever’s truck it was. Though I didn’t see damage we were at the pool when it happened and it was loud.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay.

Breakfast was awesome! Great staff. Pool was heated and clean. Room was big. Will stay here every trip to Albuquerque!

I have nothing negative to say. The entire property was clean. The staff was unbelievably helpful. The rooftop bar is a nice touch overlooking the mountains to the east. Being a business-oriented hotel, people were up and at it early which made the breakfast a little skimpy for us leisure travelers. But that's on us, not the hotel.

The breakfast was simple and everything we wanted! A place to grab a quick bite before the days adventures. The roof top bar/restaurant was beautiful and even though we didn't get a chance to eat there, the food was beautifully prepared. We only went up to look around and took some wonderful pictures of the Sandia Mountains! It will be more of a priority on the next trip.

This is a really great hotel. Good breakfast, restaurant and bar on site, heated outdoor pool. This is one of the best hotel stays we've had in a while. It's not the most kid friendly hotel (I don't think it's trying to be), but with that said my kids loved it. We had a great stay!

I love this hotel, I’m a snowbird and staying at Elements gives me peace in knowing I’m taken cared for as a single woman and her dog.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. The potatoes were stibe cold. There were ehh fritattas that were also cold. No meat options. What bugged me was gaving our "Do Not Disturb" sign up, but a cleaning staff member knocked on our door at 9:42 am on Dunday morning and actually asked when we were leaving. Checkout time was noon and we wanted a bit more sleep before making our trip back home. She woke me up. I was very irritated. I told the front desk man about and he offered a bottle of water to "compensate" but I didn't take the offer. I said i already had bottles of water. The cheek! Not staying at Element again.
