The Front Lobby 24/7 Complimentary Coffee urns were empty as well. I ask the Desk attendant about refilling them. He didn't say anything or do anything about it. The room had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and the room had tiny gnats flying around in the room.

Bathroom was small barely enough room to turn around staff were friendly and helpful
-
Hotel was nice and clean. I was comfortable in my staying.
-
Super convenient for an early to airport trip.
-
Facilities feel old and being in that part of the country, there is sand everywhere. But, like I said, that seems to be endemic of all the hotels in that area.
-
The staff was nice It was a maze to get into areas were rooms where at. Don’t feel safe at all. Bathroom very small and towels are about 100 years old
-
Room was clean! Parking was a little tight but very well lit up. Breakfast was good but same all three days. All in all I’d stay again.

I felt like the front area was well upscale but when I got to my room seemed like they didn’t want to upgrade that. I felt like I was in a ran down apartment, toilet wasn’t clean, rust was noticeable, holes in curtains, mattress had stains but thank God no bed bugs. Overall room was outdated and needs up grading. Wouldn’t stay here again was pricey for what they offered 😔😔😒😒😒

It’s a little outdated, swimming pool could use some upgrades the gym didn’t have a bathroom and the treadmill didn’t work. It was okay overall

The breakfast was gone by the time I got to the dining room. The mattress did not fit the bedframe. The pillows were dreadful. The room was dark and gloomy on the corner of two major freeways the external walkways to the room were full of litter. The fridge was not stable in the room. I had arrived at midnight a very nice agent assisted me to my room. I immediately said it smelled of smoke. He said there was no smoking in the hotel the next morning when I saw the degree of dirt in daylight. I complain to The Manager who argued with me that I should've reported the night before it was not visible at night. I had booked a Shuttle to take me to the airport. See Manager argued again with me when I asked why it wasn't leaving, but I didn't inform him that I was going on the Shuttle. I've never dealt with such a dreadful hotel in my life or Manager with so a few people skills it was appalling. I've listed these things above. The mattress does not fit the bedframe so you hit your legs on a steel frame every time you try and get into the bed. The pillows are dreadful. The room smells for smoke. It's too dark and the exterioris dirty.
