Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Airport Albuquerque

Terrible! That’s the first word that comes to mind when it comes to this hotel. Don’t believe the reviews that say it’s a “nice and clean place.” It’s not! The hotel greats you with a smell of I don’t know what as you walk in, it’s not pleasant. The elevator smells worse. The first room they tried to give me has stained sheets and towels as did the second, the third was also dirty but not as bad as the first two. I tried to cancel two of the nights I had booked but of course the hotel owner told me he wouldn’t refund anything. Even said I took the risk of booking online so it was my fault, just goes to show what kind of establishment this is. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Got to the Motel and there was no one at the front desk. The front desk attendant was also the airport shuttle driver. They had a sign stating to wait for him to get back. First part I wasn't happy with. Then we got checked in after waiting for him, went to our room (which was mediocre at best) and two flushes of the toilet and it broke so we couldn't use it. That was all we needed. We left and are requesting our money back !!

Breakfast was underwhelming. Definitely not the nicest hotel in the neighborhood but was a decent value for the price point.

The staff were not hospitable at all. We only received one room card when there was enough of us to have two. We asked for a second and they grumbled. The two your male employees at front desk was Hank g s great conversation between themselves and ignoring everyone else. It smelled like the swimming pool was right next door when it was downstairs. We don’t ever plan on going back beee again.

Improvement to doggie area would be helpful.

I booked because of hot tub. I know I will need to relax my back after driving for several hours. Checked in and went to room to change, went to pool area and noticed kids in hot tub. The mother said it was cold. Went to service desk and told him about it and he said he thought it was taken care of. I'd like to stay again, but afraid that you would still have problems with hot tub.

Nice clean rooms, just needs more sitting a couch or chair would be nice.

Had a great experience. Highly recommend it. The only think is bring your own pillows. Not the best other than that, all was great. Staff was friendly

The staff was friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Jay, the morning desk clerk and shuttle driver. Spacious and quiet room. Would stay here again.

rooms were clean, but I didn't enjoy the air conditioning units having to run all night, 24 hours a day is too noise for me. the breakfast was good, but not a full breakfast, but that is OK and the staff were very friendly and polite.

My family were traveling for 12 days and this was our last stop before heading home to Philadelphia. My daughter and 8?year old granddaughter were traveling with us The room was very nice for the four of us utilizing 2 queen size beds . The pool was used and enjoyed . Breakfast was a bonus for us . It helped having it right there. The staff was wonderful and helped and made omelets in the morning. Everything was super clean I want to say thank you everyone for their service and support.

Hot tub was broken. It took about 7 hours for the AC to cool down the room. Front desk staff was great however.

The staff was so kind and the room was clean bed was comfortable and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub.

Nice big comy beds with a clean room and bathroom. Had soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. I can't think of a thing i didn't like. I probably should have given this a 10 instead of a 9 star.

Room was clean. Breakfast left me wanting more.

Slept good but dirty hot tub and no exercise room.
