Doing some construction inside but overall a great stay we were just passing through but great breakfast and a great price for hotel!

Floor 1 was still being renovated. Breakfast lady was friendly and accommodating and food was just right. 24/7 coffee machine was much better than normal hotel coffee. Price was great!

Staff was so kind and welcoming. We left for our flight at 4:30 AM and the front desk worker made us a breakfast bag and asked if we needed a ride to the airport! Location was very convenient.

Great stay! Desiree was so helpful at the front desk and the fresh baked cookies were a great treat!

The staff was phenomenal and are all about service . My flight was delayed and we got in after the rental car counters was already closed . I called the hotel and the night manager came to pick up within 10 minutes. At breakfast, the staff was so kind and made sure I did not feel rushed even though it was just about closing time, and then the day manager gave me a ride right back to the rental car pick up area. Everyone was really kind and welcoming and helpful.

the staff was friendly and helpful the hotel was clean and being renovated , but I only gave it a 3 rating because there is not a coffee maker in the room. They brag that they have 24 hour coffee in the lobby. I do not care to get dressed at 5:30 am and go down 3 floors to the lobby to get a cup of coffee. Also, a ice bucket was available only upon request from front desk, refrigerator did not work. The microwave was old and made it impossible not to wake up roommate when opening and closing. The breakfast did not look good at all, I didn’t get anything from it. I didn’t go to the gym. I Would not stay here again because of the issues I listed.

Sometimes you need to wait for the person to check in because they drive to the airport to pick up and drop off and no one will help until they get back home from the airport

Recently had a great stay in Albuquerque. Affordable, clean & free parking along with the continental breakfast. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit.

I was loud due to construction.

When we arrived the front desk was unoccupied. The sign said the person was running the shuttle to the airport and would be back in 10. Also, 2 young boys were messing around and very loud/oblivious to the gathering people. Myself and 2 other check-ins waited 25 min. The girl was fast at checking us in once she got there. The room was clean but a bit small. 2 full beds are rather tiny for 2 normal size adults. In the morning Vicki (in the breakfast area) was sooooo sweet and hospitable, as well as, my check out clerk April. Overall, not a bad stay.

I didn’t eat breakfast. Parking was good.

Everything was clean and well kept, they have some ongoing remodeling but the dust they had signs up for didn't seem to be present. I'd have to nitpick and say things like no shelf in the shower for your own shower supplies, and nowhere to hang a towel within reach of the shower, would be my only real negatives.

Wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is under renovations, so some areas are still a work in process. My room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to ensure that an electical outlet/usb plug is available on both sides of the bed. My room had only a plug on one side.

From Maria to April up at the Front desk to Vicki in the dinning area to the staff that housekeeps.. what a delight to have a laughing and joyful staff all the time… What ever the Managers are doing .. KEEP IT GOING!!! We will be back because of all of you!!

Great courteous friendly staff

Parking was easy and available. Property is quite old and you get the feel from everything - elevator, room door and furniture. It looks like the first floor is under renovation. Room was pretty small, not much space for a family of 4. No microwave in the room which made me go downstairs to the lobby to warm up the milk for my baby at 3:30 am. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Great spot for travellng through -- easy to find, very nice dinner option near by and fresh cookies! Very professional staff made for a pleasant stay.

Superb

room was ok for an overnight stay. property is under renovations and its says work is between 9-5pm. pool under renovation during our stay which could have been best to use after a long drive. very comfortable beddings, high pressure water in the shower, safe location, helpful staff soundproofing can be done better. breakfast has very decent choices and quite delicious.

Walls are extremely thin. Every door close and conversation can be heard from other rooms while in your room.
