The room was very clean and so are the grounds

The was people next door to us that were smoking all kinds of drugs we had our children with us and didn’t like that at all so we went and asked for a refund they only gave us back 40$ and we didn’t even touch the room or nothing we were swimming the whole time we were there the staff are not helpful at all don’t recommend unless ur okay with inhaling drugs.

The room had been updated and was good. Breakfast was fine but minimal.

The bedsheets had holes and dirty not worth going back and the restroom was worse the tub was old and filthy with duct tape on it and the toilet dirty wouldn’t flush well, the whole building needs to be updated inside and out

not much The room was filthy. The floor made our socks turn brown on the bottom from how dirty it was. The sheets had bad stains on them. The towels were also badly stained and the bathtub was a hot mess!! Dirty, stained and needs to be bleached!! Put some effort into cleaning to live up to your name "Quality" Inn..... very disappointing.

CLEAN ROOM AND BEDS SLEPT GOOD

The grounds had garbage everywhere, especially in the bathroom in the main breakfast area. Also,some of the staff were not very "customer oriented ", I'm guessing not trained properly. Some of the questions seemed accusatory like I did something. Also, breakfast was not good, often out by 8a. I did appreciate the 24 hr shuttle service, and the location in approximation to airport; Also, parking was adequate, especially on busy nights. Other than that, I would not go there again, unless desperate. Normally, I would say "you get what you paid for," but I over paid!

Good service but the place needs cleaning improvement on the outside, cleaning and maintenance in the room, the bathroom door didn't have the door nob also if you booked a room in the non smoking area, they will continue to smoke consequently the smoke will get inside the room , management should be more consistent about it.

Friendly staff. Sheets had stains and over filled trash near the pool area.

Was a nice place to stay, just needs some TLC. The main part was the restroom door was uneven and was hard to close and open easily, probably needs to be readjusted on the hinges. Also the toilet paper holder was about to come out of the wall, may be needed to be screwed back in. Also the breakfast dishes probably need to be bigger, the food runs low constantly and the attendant constant has to refill them and some people didn't want to wait so they ended up leaving the breakfast area. Just like I said, just needs TLC. This property has great potential being near the airport.

This place is ok for maybe a one night stay. There is no carpet in the rooms which makes noise echo and very loud. The specific room we stayed in was poorly kept. Tv didn’t work, the bathroom door was clearly kicked in and has no lock, shower water pressure was crappy, the front door may have been kicked in too.. it didn’t close all the way at the bottom leaving a pretty large gap. & considering located next to Gibson on the weekends people like to drag race up and down the street at late hours. Only nice thing was the bed was comfortable.. overall we wouldn’t stay again. We paid for 2 nights and ended up leaving after one.

Everything was great.... until we were rudely awaken by the cleaning lady and her screaming kid next door to us banging and jumping on everything and screaming loud and long enough to have me walk out my room and say something. Definitely dont stay here if you want to sleep in..

The rug need to be shampooed
