A beautiful hotel. Great location and the remodel was spot on. A little confusing with the evelators and the floors it goes to. Excited to visit again.

The pool hot tub and pool bar, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful . The food was great The shower took over ten minutes to heat up the last two days we were there and the toilet didn’t flush well

This room was a wedding night gift for my daughter. She couldn’t even be there for 1 hour due to the mildew like smell and had to leave and find another hotel. The staff was very helpful and offered a refund.

The staff was super nice, however, thats where it ended. The elevator got stuck going up to our room. We couldnt use the other one because it was out of order. The room smelled like mold and needed to be updated. Was gross.

The little jerk at the front desk in the oversized suit was rude twice. When trying to check-in. And then I guess I called after room service was not available. The little guy answered and said no it is closed and hung up.

Room was a bit tatty. Closet door stuck, wall paper in the bath peeling, water stains in the ceiling.

I had to shower in dirty tube water I in up paying a extra 19 dollar for parking plus hotel fees
