We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.

Check in was supposed to start at 3. I showed up at 4 and was told my room wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back in a few hours. Hours?! I explained I had a work function to be at at 5 and needed to change and get ready. Front desk was nice but says they only have two house keepers and she doesn’t want to “piss them off”. Literally no other assistance. I waited almost an hour and had to let my work know I was going to be late. I didn’t get a room key until 5:10. Other issue I had was when booking it says check in at 3:00 and check out be 12:00, it says this on my reservation as well but when checking in they told me check out is by 11:00. I specifically booked this hotel for that extra hour. Room was fairly clean but there was what looked to be a public hair on the toilet and dirt in wall crevices. The room furnishing is out dated But true to the pics on the site. I will say the bedding was clean and fresh and I slept well until morning. It sounded like there was no sound barriers in the walls like I could hear everything above me. I didn’t get to utilize the breakfast but did grab a muffin at check out. Ac, fridge worked well and I slept good but overall I don’t think I’d book here again, I’d likely look at other options first. The not having a room ready for so long really put a dent in my thoughts on staying here again.

Great location, front staff lady Mai, was so friendly. Bed was alittle hard but still not to bad.

Room was ok but we were asked to change rooms after the first day due to a leak in the bathroom. It was somewhat inconvenient. Also initially the tv did not work.

First time staying at this Hampton Inn. Easy access from the highway, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location for food and activities. The only thing close to a negative was the pool not being heated, but it was January during our stay. It was cold water, but it didn’t keep my kids out of the water. All in all, I would have no issue staying here again.

When I checked in, Mai gave me the wrong room (I paid for a king bed and was given two queens). I went back and requested the room I reserved. She was very annoyed with me and said I reserved 2 queens and I showed her my receipt. She kept saying she could not chnage my room and I told her I was not leaving until I got the correct room and finally she got me the right room. The property is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation. The room we stayed in had a dirty washcloth in the shower and a dirty q-tip on the floor of the entry way. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, no bathrrom fan/vent. The parking lot did not have enough parking spaces and many men outside drinking alcohol and loitering around. The sprinklers were spraying straight up into the air (all of them, not just one) making getting to the door to go inside challenging to avoid being sprayed. It is shocking this is a Hilton, felt more like a Motel 6. Definitely won't be back or recommend to others. I regret staying here and wish I had my money back.
