everything was great except for the fact that the pool was under construction and nobody had failed to tell this that before we booked otherwise we would have booked elsewhere

In addition, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. The bathroom felt dingy and was not as clean as it should have been for guests checking in. A clean, well-maintained space is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel. Overall, the experience did not reflect what was advertised, and we were disappointed that we did not receive the amenities or quality we expected when making our reservation.

The elevator door opened & slammed shut constantly. The room TV was on satellite and had no reception during a 3 hour evening storm.

Check in experience was horrible. Emily checked us in and appeared to be high or something, she was rambling about weird stuff and made insulting comments that implied we could not afford to stay there. She was just all over the place with her comments.

The top needs fixing a remodeling. But it did not affect how it was used ; water was nice and warm.

Location,clean amenities,room was great and the AC worked perfectly. The elevator wasn’t working With that being said,my room was in the 4th floor;!!!!

Amazing staff, clean, comfortable rooms and an overall exceptional experience. The elevator and front door do squeak a little, but this is purely a nit-pick.

Great location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was there for the 2A State Team Tennis Tournament to watch my granddaughter play. Whole team stayed there as well. Breakfast was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to family and friends. I was in a handicapped room. No problem with that. Actually liked it as I was on the ground floor. The shower head needs to either be lowered or a second shower holder installed for those that are short. I had trouble getting the shower head off the hook. I can’t imagine if a handicapped person was traveling alone-there would be no way for them to get the shower head off the hook.

Nothing The reason we booked this place was for the indoor pool and no where on the website or anything did it say the pool was under construction. So we planned for a pool and paid extra money for a room that was not worth the almost $400 I spent.

The stay started a little rocky, because when I got there, i had trouble with one of my cards So I had to use my CashApp card. I am not sure if she had to split the stay time, because later in the week, i went to the front desk, because my payment was still it pending. Police named Natasha said I had to check out 2 or 3 days early. I was confused, but a few minutes later her boss Crystal came in, she was able to resolve the issue after some investigating. Both of them genuinely tried to help me so that my stay was corrected. This was halfway into the stay. I want to stress that Crystal and Natasha were so helpful that the rest of my stay was perfect. They were so sweet and professional.And truly cared about my situation, and I so appreciate them for helping me. Just at the beginning of the stay the elevator didn't work, and I was on the fourth floor. But later on, it got fixed and I was able to use it. Also, the pool was under construction, but for a good reason.

Staff was soo friendly and nice!

When I got there they said reservation had been canceled. And I had to pay again. I need a refund. My reservation was canceled.

Easy check-in and the friendly and professional staff Have been coming to this motel for years and love the consistency of everything.
