There were stains on the sheets so we slept on top of them. Stains on the window blinds, a/c was meh, bathroom toilet handle loose, room smelled musty and was sticky. Towels were stiff. Honestly if we didn’t need to stay there we would have immediately left.

Nice hotel near mall, convenient to shopping and restaurants.

My room was clean but when we arrived it had a bad odor like the carpet made the room stink then when I walk by the air conditioner the whole floor was soaking wet which mostly caused the carpet and the room to smell. The staff offered to change my room but my sister was already asleep and we only stayed for the night. However the staff came early in the morning to address the issue and we appreciated that. Other than that! It was a amazing stay

All Good... missed having microwave in the room but they are available upon request. Loved the location. Kind staff.

messy hallways, hot hallways, gross carpets in hallways and rooms. lack of management manners in the evenings. Zero respect for us, the guests! Would never stay there again even if free! Would never recommend them to anyone! Drop them from your list!!!
