Great property, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I do wish the bathroom door was a little more private, but overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

After a late night check in, I went upstairs to find a double queen room despite booking a king room. Headed back to the front desk and they were able to move me to an accessible king room. Frustrating back and forth for a late night arrival where my priority was getting to sleep in the room class I'd booked. The lobby is refreshed and newer. Both rooms were pretty dated. Bed was worn and not particularly comfortable, although I've found Marriott to be pretty hit or miss on mattress quality relative to their once reliable standards in this regard. Overall this would not be my first Bonvoy property choice in the area in the future.

The rooms were very nice as all the Marriotts we have started at. There was one particular staff member we would like to send kudos on... Ari was the evening desk clerk when we were there. Very courteous and she went out of her way to order dinner for us and bring it up to our room from the hotel restaurant.

Horrible stay. Kids sports teams running up and down halls knocking on doors and front desk did nothing about it . Horrible

Overall we had a good stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and cooked to perfection. The bar staff was great and cleaning staff were so helpful and kind. I was disappointed in some miscommunication with front staff. I was double charged for the stay even though I had prepaid in full through hotels app. Additionally there was a request to have some sort of happy birthday set up in the room. But. I believe this was where the miscommunication/misunderstanding happened.
