The free hot cookies and the brunch buffet.

give you a free cookie which has nuts in it. Nuts are one of the most common allergies in the world. Why couldn’t they just had plain chocolate chip cookie or sugar cookie? That’s so inconsiderate! And they don’t let you know to beware of the nuts in the cookie either.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were amazing and made our overnight stay great! The shuttle to the port was a great option for us and the driver was professional and friendly. We also left our vehicle for the duration of our cruise and had no issues. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning!

The staff is always great. Especially Ken the bartender. Good at restaurant is very good even with a limited menu. Location and safety is very good as well. Hotel rooms seem to be aging badly. Things were broken and the rooms are showing age. Still had a good stay. The money gouging is a bit much. Tourist fee’s, daily parking fees, expensive rooms…..

My only problem were the very soft down pillows, will request regular ones next time ! Bathroom toiletry from Crabtree & Evelyn a plus!

The room was as clean as it could be as old as it is.Carpet needs cleaning smelly. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. On my next stay, I'll choose a different property.

Property is good but no free parking $12 per day, breakfast buffet $21 food selection not worthy for that price

I didn’t like that. They didn’t have coffee around the clock at the lobby.
