Pool area was dirty

Bathroom needs a lot of attention. Room was clean and staff was great.

Water did not drain well in the bath/shower and tub was stained due to that problem. I had two rooms, same problem. There was no conditioner in the provided dispenser. Staff was very nice.

Horrible experience. There was a Termite infestation in the room and it was full of hair and dust particles.I think the room given to us was not cleaned for a while. Will not be returning. The staff was nice, the only positive.

Property is in poor condition. The maid knocked on the door 9am on the check out day even though check out was not until 11am.

The food was priced triple times the price. The breakfast was price so high and we only got a small portion and the pool area was nasty. It was poop outside where I should be compensated for that the bartender overcharge you. It was terrible.

Very comfortable room, nice location near airport.

I became ill just before arriving and had to extend my stay and needed some help. The managers and staff were very kind and considerate and helpful. The hot tub was a huge plus.

Customer service was the best. After a long drive, Ms. Florexil had a room for me way before 4 pm. I was offered water bottles every day at the front desk. Tanaya Boatwright is the epitome of first class service. She gave me ideas for the beach and gave me a 1 pm late ck out so I could go before I left. Larry G and Ryan Kinge were most hospitable as well. The room was clean and beds comfortable, with plenty of towels. Close to Kravis Center and City Place. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This place was super clean. Everyone was super friendly great pool and hot tub area. The beds are so comfortable really, I could go on and on about how nice this place was definitely a great place oh and let me not forget I was getting on a plane the next day after being in the keys for a whole week so I had a whole load of laundry to do and I was able to do my laundry and put my stuff back in my suitcase clean that was amazing overall, I definitely give this place five stars

The room was mediocre. The furniture dirty and drawers kept falling open. The slider did not lock. Room was noisy from nearby I-95. And annoyingly, after folio was closed the manager offered two 12oz bottled water for the road, only to charge nearly $12.00 to my card after the fact. Not acceptable. Will not be going back.

Haven’t stayed in a place this bad in a long time. Friendly check in. Room was so dated!! Rug was disgusting with stains and the chair too. So gross. Bathroom not good either. They had a sign they will be renovating but don’t know when. Would not stay here again. I’m surprised for a Marriott. Good thing I checked in at 10pm and left at 5:15 am. Was just there to catch a flight ! Payed a lot just to stay for 7 hrs

The pool was not in service.

Its was nice, overall my only complaint was the room was hot and the A/C didn't help much. Told front desk staff about it so hopefully its looked at for the next guest.

Great location and value, clean, nice pool, good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Short drive to the airport, conference center, and shops. Nice hotel.

Clean and safe Road noise from nearby interstate
