Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Union Center

This was a last minute decision, we had a new renovated room which was nice with a walk in shower, plenty of room and nice bed. Definitely worth the stay!! The staff was friendly on check in and check out.

No running water in our room for over 8 hours with no notice, no apology, no offering of a different room, no refund. Terrible. They acted like we were inconveniencing them by complaining.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were excellent and clean.

Hampton is a go to for my family but this location underachieved. Construction made place untidy and coffee bar was not fully stocked. Not up to Hampton's usual standards.

This hotel was undergoing major renovation while we were here so it was difficult to answer some of the questions. In general, it was nice enough but the WiFi was so weak it was almost worthless

The hotel is being renovated but the care and concern of the mess where people are staying is not there. We walked thru dusty hallways, rode on dirty dusty elevators and there was dust in the air from them demoing the room right next to ours. I respect Hotels need to be updated and appreciate that being done. But I have stayed in places where you barely knew it was happening. I also was told when I called that breakfast was 6-10 every day but then they did not have it until 7 on Saturday and Sunday which we had a volleyball tournament and had to leave early. When I called corporate offices and guest services did not get any help. Highly recommend waiting until renovations are done.

Worst hotel stay ever. Room was changed with no notice and were unable to accommodate my family. The Hampton guarantee is a myth. They did not even attempt to make me 100% happy.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.

Place was under construction dust everywhere! Pool area left unsecured. I will be contacting someone. I have photos.

We had to go to 3 different hotel rooms because of falling window blind apparatus.

Hotel was under "renovation construction" (wasn't mentioned when booking). Walked into the lobby and water was dripping out of the ceiling and trash cans collecting water. because of hotel renovations certain rooms were being used and there was dust and debris everywhere, all over the door to room and in hallway, Wi-Fi was spotty and not to mention only had about 2 minutes of hot water. Front desk said they were sorry, but it was all do to renovations. I will not stay here again. I will not stay here again. terrible!!

We waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. There was only 1 person working and he was delivering pillows to someone. The hotel was under remodeling and the pool was shut down, breakfast room was a mess, we were in the 3rd floor and there was drywall mess all over the floor. For the price we paid for our room it was totally unacceptable. We were in town for a large tournament and would have changed hotels but nothing was available at the last minute. Will never stay at this franchise again.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good and the staff was all very nice. It is a little difficult to get to.
