The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the lake and view off our patio. What was odd was check in. We had difficulty finding the front desk. Once we did we were given our room keys and the person at the desk left the property. Other guests arrived after we did and their keys were in lock boxes on the room doors. We did not need any services and the room was large and comfortable, but I was a bit concerned that there did not seem to be any staff around or any type of security - concern for a grandmother travelling with her grandsons.

Our state was very pleasant and peaceful and enjoyable. The restaurant was 5 Star also!

Our room was lacking in cleanliness a bit. The manager was great and upgraded our room. We also weren't able to stay the first night of our reservation and they refunded us!

We couldn’t even stay at resort. They didn’t honor our room request and. The front desk told us they couldn’t accommodate our stay because they were too booked up. They said we would need to find a new place to stay. Horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there.

This hotel was the bomb. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday my birthday and there restaurant was closed but other restaurants in the area are great. Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the lake right behind the room! The bed was very comfortable. There was almost no one around as far as staff for most o the time I stayed there, apparently because it was in the off season.

Room had lots of hair in the bathroom and the floor had lots of dirt.

A stranger used my email to book, I did not stay here. Looked it up on google earth, looks like a great location and I’m sure whoever stayed had fun. A stranger used my email to book- please verify emails when guests check in as it could easily be a safety issue.
