It’s kept spotless and the staff were both friendly and helpful so we stayed on our return trip

Room was clean but there were several trash cans in the common areas that were overflowing like they haven't been emptied in days.

It was clean and the staff was really nice. We slept there only one night but parking was easy, getting to the room was easy and the check in process was also a breeze. It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. The AC worked and the hotel provided basic soap, coffee, water station, and a gift shop.

The staff was very helpful and polite. There are several restaurants nearby to choose from. The Local is right down the street and was excellent. Coffee 24 hours a day was nice and sitting on the deck in the morning was a very pleasant.

Use the back entrance so you can take advantage of the stoplight to get back on the highway, especially if heading north

I got delayed in my trip and the desk staff was helpful but the manager overrode all their help and charged me anyway. Never book with hotels.com.

No batteries in the remote. Only ice machine was out of order. Desk staff were very friendly. Was clean and plenty of hot water!

Positioned just off a freeway so can be noisy at front and back rooms do have a view, but also get truck deliveries from early morning Housekeeping was non existent which was our biggest issue. Spoke to front desk twice and it didn’t seem to be a surprise to them With so few alternatives it’s disappointing that they don’t lean into being the very best option.

Staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel did not provide breakfast, but nearby there was a small, drive through kiosk with breakfast sandwiches and coffee, which was convenient. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, a good stay on the way to Denali!
