Location Part of the service Receptionists staff are amazing The concierge was very bad . 45 min to bring the bags . The room reservation team were unprofessional, I had to change the hotel to move to another one .

Wow — there truly are not enough wonderful words to describe the kindness of the staff at this hotel. Alexandros, who assisted me at check-in, went absolutely above and beyond throughout my entire stay. Not only was he warm and welcoming upon arrival, but he also remembered me during my stay and repeatedly checked in to make sure I was well taken care of and enjoying everything. That level of attentiveness and genuine hospitality is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. It is because of exceptional staff members like Alexandros that I have stayed at this hotel previously and will continue to make it my hotel of choice whenever I visit Washington, DC. My room was spectacular, with an unforgettable iconic view to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was delicious as well, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. This stay was absolutely wonderful, and I am already looking forward to returning.

Great member of staff on check in, she was from Serbia. Good food, shame bar closed at 10.30. Toilet roll was very cheap worse than Costco !
