Club Quarters Hotel in Washington DC

This hotel is located in a prime location and the Metro subway station is located right alongside the hotel (5 steps away). That is a HUGE plus, as using the Metro is a great way to travel around in DC. The hotel is in a terrific part of town near restaurants. Comfortable bed, shampoo, lotion, body wash and hair conditioner products are available in the room to use. There are snacks in the room (but for a fee). There is a mini gym and a vending machine for more snacks. There is an ice machine located on the ground floor and cold filtered water on each floor for your water bottle. Very nice. The staff is very friendly and Tatte and Subway and many more great food finds are in walking distance. Huge plus! Stay here. You will enjoy!

Nice hotel. Wish they at least had a small continental breakfast instead of just coffee.

Staff was very attentive, rooms clean, showers hot as heck, beds good enough for Momma bear to sleep in them and enough pillows to make you think you had someone else sleeping with you. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is also surrounded by great restaurants and is only a couple of blocks from the White House, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting D.C.

The staff was amazing. We had to go to the basement for ice. Limited number of ice buckets available in basement, and no refrigerator in room. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

When I booked it said free breakfast was included. It was not. No refrigerator in the room and no dresser. Shower was very small and OLD. Cracked stained tile etc. bed was comfortable and parking around the block was convenient. Attendant there was very nice.

Clean room, very well located outside of a metro station and so close to the White House - the 24/7 tea and coffee facilities on floor 2 are very beneficial and the room is also equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge. There’s also a water dispenser on each floor as well as an ice machine on the lower ground floor.

Very old and outdated. Facilities are trash. Only good thing was location. Photos did not properly capture how outdated it was

The staff was exceptional in helping us since we had not been to D.C. They held our luggage for a later pickup. The room was nice and comfortable.

I rarely leave reviews, but due to my disappointing experience at this hotel, I feel it is important to share my feedback. During our 3-day stay, we were woken up twice at around 6:00 AM by a loud noise coming from our room. Instead of showing understanding or trying to resolve the issue, the staff handled the situation very poorly. The employee working the early morning shift on June 13, 2026, was dismissive and showed little empathy. The staff member who took over afterward was even more unprofessional and came across as rude, making us feel as though we were somehow at fault for reporting the problem. Good customer service starts with listening to guests and taking their concerns seriously. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. In addition, be prepared for very long waiting times for the elevators, especially during busy hours. Bathroom was old and the lock of the bathroom didn't work in both rooms. Because of the unprofessional attitude of the staff and the unresolved disturbance during our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

The location of this hotel was beyond amazing! Farragut West station is literally right by the hotel's door, you can get to the hotel from the airport by metro very comfortably and it will only cost you 2.5USD!! The location was amazing, with many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was impeccable, they were very friendly and always responded to my needs. Overall, this was an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again. I would've appreciated a mini-fridge in the room, but this doesn't take away from the value of the hotel.

Very convenient location for walking to see sights. Large king bed was comfortable. Small room with carpet floors. Our shower needed updated. Bathroom was small.
