Our room was clean the view was amazing and the easy access to the beach and boardwalk was the best part!

Staff and check in and check out was great very friendly people 👍 the parking garage was convenient. The view was incredible. The room was spacious but could use some updates and more furniture.

The hotel looked like it was in a Third World country.

The only nice thing was are room faced the ocean and watching the sunrise..parking horrible..no handicapped parking not enough parking for all rooms. The online picture is very deceiving..property falling apart..

NO POOL!!!, beds hard had to take 2 fulls not king, floors so dirty I put towels down to walk on, the DOOR DID NOT LOCK! had homeless sleeping beside building when rained smelled like piss, was not happy ooo yea room window had no curtains just blinds that seen thru, and ice machine right in front of bedroom window,,, won't do again

We did not get maid service at all had to go ask for clean towels,toilet paper paper trash was never taken out .

Elevator and room was not the cleanest . Did have clean beds but towels wasn’t the cleanest

The pool is great and the hot tub is nice when people don’t put soap in it lol

The parking was very tight.

Affordable Bed was harder than concrete couldn't sleep the entire time we were there, phone in the room wasn't working, pool was out of service but the front desk failed to tell us this when checking in (even got a little paper with pool hours from them), never seen the house keeping staff the entire time we were there, not enough parking room for guest. We were in town for work had this been a vacation it would have been ruined. Virginia Beach was definitely a nice place other than this. Feel like we were way over charged for what we were offered in return.

veiw was amazing! blinds were broke, so you could see into the room where we were sleeping. dead bolt didnt lock, water damage in kitchen area, 4 towels for 3 people for 3 days equals gross... bathroom mirror didnt work, needed a paint job and the beds were HORRIBLE. every movement made the beds squeak so loud!

Room was clean. Furniture cheap and not very clean. Parking was very limited. Was not worth the cost.

Ocean view , right across from some good food as well I can tell it’s still being like remodeled

Staff in front desk where ever mean because we ask them if we can get parking and then we get room later because it was not ready and I understand that but she told us if we found parking good for us and if not then to bad. We got to go somewhere else to find another place
