Great room! The toilet took a little convincing to get it to flush sometimes and the shower turned cold some, but it’s not a brand new building… soo, it served its purpose for what we needed. Will be back!

Need additional elevator and need access to the parking lot beside the Hotel.

They hotel was just ok, nothing extraordinary…

I really enjoyed my stay here. The man who worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The building is old but very well maintained and kept clean. We had a great view of the ocean as well. All of our linens and towels were fresh and clean. TV had a good selection of channels. There is also a parking deck where you can park your car.

Had to pay for parking... That was so stupid

Staff was helpful. Beach view was outstanding! Room was dated and parking limited. If parking lot was full we needed to park in the next lot over.

When checking in we were charged full amount when a deposit was paid. Hotel blamed Expedia and when contacted Expedia said they would contact hotel and figure it out and i still haven't heard anything. The parking was awful room was decent the view was great. The ice machine didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the pier and several restaurants and shops. Great view of the beach. Very clean and friendly staff. I would come here again!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Parking at the hotel is limited, but the staff directed us to a nearby hotel parking lot, which was convenient and only a short walk away. A few areas of the property could use some updating, but nothing that affected our overall experience. Overall, Breakers Inn offers great value for its location and amenities. We’d definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Virginia Beach!

Clean room

The stay overall was very nice, the front desk was nice about keeping us with clean towels and bath clothes. The hotel is in a perfect location next to the Pier and only 3 miles from walmart or any store you may need. They only have 1 elevator with 7 floors and the elevator was broken on our last day so we had to take the stairs at check out.

Their parking lot and loading and unloading was terrible no straight access to and from the beach you had to go down a hill and climb back up the hill from the parking lot to go somewhere and come back it was terrible for disabled people other than that the room was nice

Wouldn't stay here again. Rented the penthouse and everything was gross. Brown buildup in the light fixtures, windows so grimy you couldn't see out clearly, hot tub panels broken and half hanging on w velcro that was so old the glue had turned brown and wasn't holding on. The pool was disgusting, there was a plastic bag and deck chair in the pool and a used diaper shredded to pieces strewn across the pool patio. Told staff but nothing done about it. Hallway to our room had a moldy beer smell amongst other issues. Just in general this place was gross and it was apparent this was modus operandi.
