Awful hotel.
-
This hotel is in need of repair, general areas like the elevator and at least the room I stayed in. One of the days rained really hard, the water started coming down the elevator shaft, the paint of the elevator bubbled up and popped leaving a mess behind, therefore, no elevator service due to electrical issues. The shower head was rusted due to the same issue, water filtration. Ended up just living with it, we went to have a good time, which we did, however for next time I would choose another chain of hotels, than to stay at a place that only buys the brand name of a good brand hotel

My decision was based on reviews for the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham and I am so happy, I followed the reviews and took a chance because I was extremely happy where this was located as stated right next to the boardwalk. Out of the hotel walk across the boardwalk and on to the beach, which was so awesome. Now the hotel rooms needed a little bit of touchup, but that was no big deal, it was clean, no bad odors. The beds was super comfortable according to my Grandaughter, which is an A+. We were on the 8th floor and our beach view was awesome. Housekeeping, I give 5 Stars as well as to the front desk staff. So this is truly an Honest Review. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the pool but it did look inviting. Parking was also a great convenience.

Stated there for a quick visit and the hotel was very dirty. Was under staff , room was terrible dirty bathroom looks like it’s never been clean. And the smell of the hotel was bad smell like cigarettes. Never going to this hotel again

There was no breakfast. The carpets were dirty in the halls. The elevators were barely working and stopped once. The beach view was wonderful. The pillows were terrible. The ice cream and mexican restaurant were very good. The staff at the desk sent us to the wrong room when we checked in. The desk staff were very biased about suggesting breakfast restaurant options. I would not stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the room was dirty. There was sand on the floors when we checked in, and it remained there for our entire stay, making it obvious that the room was not properly cleaned. Housekeeping did not make the beds, change the sheets, remove used towels, or provide fresh towels during our stay. These are basic hotel services that should be expected, especially at a beachfront property. Several amenities also did not work as advertised. The Wi-Fi was unreliable or completely nonfunctional, and the refrigerator in our room did not work. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible dirt and cracks in the shower. To make matters worse, the water temperature was impossible to regulate—it was either scalding hot or freezing cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Safety and maintenance were also concerning. The main hallway lights were turned off at night, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate the hallways after dark. The most upsetting part of our stay involved the parking attendants. Despite displaying a valid parking pass and being registered guests of the hotel, we were threatened with having our vehicle towed. The attendants were rude and made inappropriate comments to my teenage daughter

Room was clean, although very out dated and run down. Directly on the beach, gorgeous view!
-
Had a great view of the beach
-
Overall we were very unimpressed, very unhappy and borderline angry. Worst hotel experience of my lifetime.
-
Stained carpet, stained walls, stained bathtub, “fitted” sheets wouldn’t stay on, lumpy pillows, left an icky feeling. Probably best for a one night crash pad.
-
Kajanae and Kayla at the front desk were as sweet as can be and extremely helpful.

After driving for hours, would have been nice to have a cool room and cool refrigerator to put our stuff in! They were off!!
-
Rooms were outdated and a little janky but overall was fine and it fit our needs. We would stay here again.

Ana was who helped me at the front desk. Truly I give her props for how my vacation got started! Very accommodating with the room & having a view, as well with the parking lot. Appreciate her so much, she needs a raise <3

Their AC broke the first night. It was over 80 in their room. A technician didn’t “fix it” until 11pm. It went out again in the middle of the night and they woke up sweating. They talked to the front desk and said they were leaving for the day and the front desk said they would send someone to fix it while they were gone or find them a new room. We called that afternoon to check in and no updates. They sent someone and said it was working. When we arrived back that night it was 79 degrees. They said they had no additional rooms and they would need to leave to get credited or refunded. They still had two nights. Finally they had to teach our grandparents how to continuously reset the AC over and over for when it goes out. How unprofessional. They finally brought them a fan. Would never spend our money with this company again and will make sure to let our family and friends know. The fact they didn’t offer to credit is insane!

Basic room, not many amenities, close to the beach

Seems like everything needs to be renovated the AC was not working but they did put me in another room.
