They could change up the breakfast. But staff is very attentive.

The location is fantastic and the room was big and clean. However, the furniture is outdated, the balcony was very dirty, and both the main bed mattress and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful so we couldn’t eat anything there. There was constant noise from other guests partying during the night. It's fine if you only care about location, but I won’t be returning.

Excellent experience! We were greeted by friendly staff that got us checked in and unloaded promptly. Parking garage is a breeze to get in and out of even in a full size 1500 Silverado. The breakfast has a lot of options with at least two attendants keeping everything running smoothly. Would highly recommend!

The location and hotel was beautiful, stunning and had a great view to the beach.

The staff was very helpful and Friendly. Freddie and Robert were great! They seem to like what they do and it shows. We Ra glad we chose this location.

Everything Excellent except they don’t have housekeeping service daily. We booked the suite and expected housekeeping every day.

Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the beach which was wonderful to see the ocean and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The breakfasts were very good with great varieties and good seating. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Very pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

Everyone was so nice and our room very clean, one of the best views ever love this place.

Room was very old, did not look anything like the online pictures. For the price we paid I do not recommend this was by far the least enjoyable trip room did not even have lotion.

Breakfast staff was amazing and attentive. Check in also went smoothly. The only complaint we have is that when we asked for more towels we were told it would be an hour and then we never received them. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t call down to ask about them. After being in the beach all day and then taking care of the children we just needed to shower and having to go back downstairs just to check in on the towels wasn’t possible.

The hotel is right on the beach. So you can walk out from the building to the beachfront to what they call the boardwalk area along the oceanfront. The breakfast was a hot breakfast served until 10 AM and the rain was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff were all very, very friendly! We were on the 18th floor and had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean. We felt even more secure because you had use your card key to get on our floor. The King suite had a comfortable pullout sofa. Parking was across the street and $40 per night. The area seems very safe and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. My family loved it and would definitely go back there again.

The staff across the board were excellent! Very helpful and extremely courteous. Only issue is had was the parking garage and fees. Be prepared to have a 259 dollar hold on your card for that and damage fee that you should recieve back within a few buisness days

The hotel was exactly as described: clean, oceanfront, right on the beach. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with several options. Great experience!

Hyatt House was clean, quiet and an excellent location. We stayed on a top floor and elevator service was good. Check in was fast and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when at the beach. Barking dogs
