Rooms are actually not that bad. Bathroom cold be updated but overall not that bad

The hotel was a go to it was clean spacious and the staff was very friendly

Although the owners/managers were pleasant, the property is definitely in need of some maintenance and upkeep. The external properties of the building were in need of a few safety upgrades. The bathroom was far from clean, the pullout couch had trash and hair in it, most of the hanging amenities were falling out of the wall. Parking is two blocks away and is a separate charge, just be aware. The pictures on the website definitely do not depict the place you stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Not the best experience. Bed was hard as a rock and the ac was not cooling the room. Tv was stuck on the Disney channel. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

The price was reasonable for what it was however, the room itself was not very clean. There was trash between the beds and behind the couch. The sheets on the pull out couch were gross so my littles had to share the couch which we covered in an extra sheet we got from the staff. The shower still had random hairs from the previous persons. The fridge tempt was not very good so we had to eat all of our food (leftovers) right away so we didn’t lose them. Most of the outlets wouldn’t work so we had a hard time charging our things. The staff were very nice and the location was great for access to the beach and other shops/food. They allowed us to check in early for a small fee which was great. It worked for our one night last minute stay but probably wouldn’t come back for an extended stay.

Cuando ise mi reservación escribí que era para 5 personas cuando llegamos aya solo era para dos personas nos cobraron extra por cada persona y extra por el parkeo y pagamos extra por q nos dieran el cuarto al llagar para mi opinión no creo volver a ese lugar lo siento ! Pero para una noche es difícil conseguir avitaciones . Aveces no hay opción . Deberían de tener más inf de las reglas y los extra pagos .

Fridge and microwave in the room didn't work. There were flies in the room. The sound insulation is so bad you can hear everything going on out on the street all the time. This sucked especially because Atlantic Ave. Is active until like 2am with street performers and people partying. You had to park 2 blocks away.

My flight was cancelled and this was the only place available. Booking on hotels.com was seamless. The front desk was nice and personable…. Our room was on the second floor, very narrow stairs and no elevator. The room seemed clean but had a strange smell, dry wall patch needed in the bathroom, stain on the floor, a little dated… the area is great in the day lots to do and explore, but at night the crowds at the nearby establishment are loud ( hotel can’t control that) . Overall this wouldn’t be my first choice, but if you need a place to stay close to the beach this is a good place. The price was a little outrageous for what you get, but that could be the last minute booking

It's good during the day and hood at night!

There is a limited number of parking spaces inside the hotel. Overflow parking is a few blocks away. The only way to the rooms is via the stairs. We were on the second floor. Outside the hotel rooms, the hotel looks a bit run down. The rooms, on the other hand, are very nice. There was a lot of hot water. The furnishings were nice. I have no complaints about the rooms. One of the recent issues at Virginia Beach is the smell of marijanna. People who wouldn't think of smoking in rooms have no issue smoking marijanna in rooms. The smell is almost everywhere in Virginia Beach. Outside the room, I could smell marijanna. The hotel is in a very good location. The owners were welcoming. I had no issue asking for additional towels or exchanging dirty towels for clean ones.

It wasn't clean had food on the floor as soon as you inter the room . Shower wasn't cleaned

Good location This hotel was the slums. Tolite dis not flush. No oceanfront rooms. The whole hotel need to be torn down . This hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the site. Total scam

Way over priced for prison rooms Rooms and false advertisement

The person at the front desk was rude to everything I asked. They charged me $35 for parking and I had to park three blocks away. There's no elevator, not all the rooms face the beach, and the hotel structure is old and rusty.

We opted to pay one night but we did not stay at all at this location. Very rundown and steps only.

I got what I paid for. I wanted a cheap hotel and booked last min. The service was good and they were friendly. The location was great. The bed was hard and the room wasnt the cleanest. It was also very loud. You heard everything outside on the strip
