Dirty old loud and might be mice

It was good but one of the table was broken

The room was clean and we did have ocean front, beqch view accommodations. however the microwave didn't work, The coffee machine didn't work and the couch was filthy. We had to take covers off one of the beds to cover the couch up so we could sit on it. The first night we were there we didn't get any rest because the couple across the hall was fighting all night. The second night we didn't get any rest because there was a shooting and three people were killed right down the street from us. And I'll be heard all night with sirens.

The property was in a great place on the strip. Outdoor pool was great. Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. We had 6 in our party and were left 2 towels. No blankets or pillows for the very very uncomfortable fold out couch. The property says that the kitchenette is fully stocked but there was not one dish, pot or skillet, or silverware to be had. The floor was covered in sand and we had to go buy a broom and dustpan to clean it up. The first night we were there the smoke detector chirped all night so my daughter told the front desk about it. They came and took it hours later only after barely knocking on the door and letting themselves in the room, and they never did bring it back. We asked for towels many many times and only ever received 4 or 6 the whole time we were there (3 nights) and 1 wash cloth. The outdoor hall light didn’t work the whole time we were there which made going into the room at night a little sketchy because you couldn’t see the door, much less If someone was in the little hallway waiting for someone to come back so they could rob them or something. When you pay more than $1000.00 for a 3 night stay you expect a little better. Parking wasn’t great either. We were afraid to take our vehicle anywhere because the night we got there there was literally 1 parking spot left.

We reserved a suite that slept 6 people, we were only allowed 1 toliet paper a roll, and 2 towels/day. The TV did not work. The room was full of sand. There was rust all in the tub. We had to scrub down the bathroom walls because there was a red substance present. They allow one car per room for a parking spot. They never answer their phone. The ice machine and washer on the property was not working. There is a pull out sofa bed that we needed to ask for sheets and then ask again for pillows because it was not made or provided inside of the room for use. They provide one luggage cart for the whole property. We had two small waste cans for a room of 6 people and they did not take our garbage the one day. We had multiple small bags and had to resort to using Walmart bags for garbage. We had to take our own trash to the dumpster. It was really a waste of 1280 dollars... it wasn't worth ocean front experience.

The hotel is great for anyone looking to stay as a group. There are 3 queen beds including the pull-out. Perfect for 3 single people. It's not posh and luxury but perfect in simplicity, service and location. Exactly what we needed.

Jus terrible all the way around the staff at the front desk was terrible never again will i stay there but overall the trip it's safe was very nice and relaxing

house keeping never came the whole week we were there. small balcony. overall okay for the price we paid.

The room wasn’t clean, and the shower curtain had mold on it. Also the room stinks cigarette!!!

The room smelled bad, and the patio door would not open to even let air in. Reported the door not opening. No one ever came. The furniture, a couch was very dirty. The mattress was very hard like sleeping on the springs. Upon check out, Staff wouldn't provide a receipt for stay. Stating that I booked online. Avoid this crappie motel.

Worst experience I've had at VA Beach hotels. Mouse poop and stains in the sheets. Missing smoke detectors. Metal pieces hanging off of the night stands. Blankets were just sheets. TVs didn't work. The hotel itself looks and smells bad. Staff was somewhat helpful until we asked for a refund. We didn't even stay at the hotel and were charged for the full stay, even after checking out within hours of arriving. Expedia was no help and said the hotel would not provide a refund because of their policy. Had to get my credit card company involved. Come to find out, this place has quite the reputation around town. There are other places on the boardwalk that are just as low cost but a much better stay. Skip this place.

It was great for a night and good price

On a brighter note, the view from the room was nice and the living room was spacious. The bedding was clean the night we checked in.

The property requires additional improvements, including consistent maintenance of cleanliness throughout the premises. The room and bathroom need thorough deep cleaning and ongoing upkeep. It is necessary to hire more staff members to ensure the room is cleaned more effectively. Additionally, towels and bed sheets should be carefully inspected for stains and replaced as needed to ensure hygiene and comfort.
