Overall, our stay was beautiful and we had a great experience. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed our time. My only suggestion would be for housekeeping standards at check-in. Personally, I feel items like toilet paper, tissue boxes, and body wash should be replaced with new ones for each guest. Seeing half-used rolls or partially used items can feel less sanitary since those are personal-use products that previous guests have handled. Starting each room with fresh supplies would make the stay feel even cleaner and more welcoming. Other than that, everything else was great.

Doug, the valet at the Hilton in Virginia Beach, made our stay even better. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. He always greeted us with a smile, was quick to help with our vehicle, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service, and Doug absolutely does. He deserves recognition for the exceptional job he does. Thank you, Doug, for making such a positive impression—we’ll definitely remember your kindness, DOUG Is the GOAT!!! Real recognize real !

The elevator was slow, the hotel was clean same for the room, all in all a very nice vacation

Room was nice with a beautiful view and the rooftop pool was great. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work well, maintenance came to fix it 3x and it still wasn’t functioning properly.

All together was a pleasant stay, it’s clean and well located, easy to navigate. Staff were nice and helpful.

The mattress was too firm. The A/C unit in the room was extremely loud. The mini fridge didn't keep water cold.

The room had bedbugs dirt on the bathroom floor. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. The manager lied and said we would get a full refund but declined to give us our money back. Just horrible don't waist your money on the name.

Great place with a beautiful view!

We checked in at the designated check-in time and were assigned a room on the 16th floor. While we initially noticed the elevators were extremely slow, the situation became much more frustrating when our room keys did not work. We had to make two additional trips back to the front desk before finally receiving keys that worked on the third attempt. This process took approximately 45 minutes and required me to repeatedly travel back and forth with my two young children. To make matters worse, the hallways were unbearably hot. At one point, I found myself sitting in the hallway breastfeeding my child while waiting to gain access to our room. This was not how we expected to begin our vacation. Throughout our stay, communication and guest services were lacking. We were never provided information about obtaining beach towels or receiving the welcome package, and we did not learn about these amenities until the day before our departure. We also had to specifically request a “Do Not Disturb” sign for our door. After one day, the sign was removed and never replaced. Additionally, we requested fresh towels and never received them. We also asked to speak with a manager regarding our concerns and requested that someone contact us during our stay, but no one ever followed up. The roof top pool/bar was nice but the pool is on the smaller side and not deep at all. Catch 31 restaurant was great and food was good The ac unit did not work well at all, wouldn’t turn on, we were all sweating during the night. The elevators were the absolute worst, waiting atleast 15-20 for an elevator to come down and as soon as it comes down it’s completely full and you have to wait for another one or jam yourself in The already full at capacity elevator totally unsafe

Plan for each trip on the elevator to take you 10-20 minutes.

Great night life. Band plays until 11pm on the weekend.

The room was alright there was a hair on the pillow. Staff friendly. Love the beach view! Air conditioning a bit to cold for me. There is outside music on Saturday so it is loud probably until 11pm heads up.

AC would not get below 77 degrees when cooling. Shower head had a constant drop during our 2 night stay. Sink only had hot water regardless of what handles we used.

Excellent ocean front view,shops in walking distance.

Location was great , walk right out to the beach , roof top bar was nice also Breakfast at hotel resturant was not that great , and cost to park vehicle seemed a little high
