The pool and hot tub could use some cleaning. The checking in process was congested. We did have a nice corner room with park view. Shower was not hot. And bathroom in general was updated but had slow drips on toilet/shower
-
Could be better for the money . Elevator wasn’t working . Early checking wasn’t available and food there is extra super expensive
-
The location deserves five stars, but the facilities do not. The shower water pressure kept changing and even stopped at times, and the poor soundproofing meant we were woken up by noise from neighboring rooms. For a Hilton, this was quite disappointing.
-
They building was experiencing a power outage. The room I had was right next to the elevator. The internet wasn't working. It just wasn't an enjoyable experience.
-
The issues I had was there was very little water pressure in the shower and the hot tub by the pool was warm at best.
-
- water in shower turns off randomly - spa not working - loud snoozes I’m sure once construction is finished this is go away but noise is still apparent on weekends
-
The shower would stop working

The experience was amazing, loved the pool, loved the workers such a nice environment. Beds where cozy. Would love to stay here again

The rooms were immaculate

Good luck. Not recommended by me

Check in was horrible. Remodeling is taking place and staff were rude. Parking was expensive to park and inconvenient due to all the remodeling. Do not stop at their Starbucks onsite. They were understaffed and they even knew they would be and didn’t care. They didn’t do orders in order. And they shouldn’t really put it as a Starbucks as it’s not. Only the food is and some iced drinks.

Best tome ever with granddaughter at Universal studio; worst hotel experience; only bar food available except at breakfast, no hot water second day, bug bites, and construction inconvenience. My husband is Hilton Honors member... not happy with our choice of hotel.

Muy caro todo para la anotación con mala vista el estacionamiento 50 y el hotel en construcción
-
The previous guest had left food in the mini fridge and it was not cleared out prior to my arrival
-
Great location, convenient to Universal. Food was pricey for the quality nothing included.
-
Staff were friendly, really close to universal theme park. Downsides - Didn’t have hot water for 3 days, breakfast mess up for Father’s Day had a number of people upset. Manager was trying to resolve the situation…just caused more confusion. Be better! Good hotel though!

酒店太老旧,房间噪音很大
-
The lobby was being renovated and it was really unappealing.
-
Staff was amazing! We had a great time. My only issue was the water pressure in our room. We did not want to change rooms so we made do, but there were times when the shower would be on and no water was coming out and all of the sudden it would come back on. Showering was an adventure...

Love how easy the walk was to Universal Studios, which is why we booked this hotel. Reasons for a 3 star review, we couldn’t get an early check in, noticed a lot of other guests getting rooms for an early check in. We requested rooms next to each other or across from each other when we booked several months ago, called a few days before to confirm room locations, one person noticed the request when we tried early check in, when we finally got in they couldn’t find the request so the rooms were originally several floors away from each other, they made it right, we weren’t mad at all but disappointed. The rooms never got cold enough to be honest and the night light sitting outside the bathroom is TOO bright and can’t be turned off, that needs to be inside the bathroom! Staff was ALWAYS friendly and approachable, we would absolutely stay here again!
