Friendly family centered staff, clean rooms and common areas, restaurant staff were amazing great dining environment. Shuttle was convenient fir our theme park needs. Suite was spacious and accommodating for our large family. Will be staying again!

Great stay. Helpful staff. Good bar. The shuttle driver was not good at his job and upset people. Could be easily solved by counting those that get on and stopping at the number of seats. Instead he would allow a bunch of extra people every time and then have them all get off. Such a waste of time. Walk to the right and go up the escalators. Faster and easier.

Great place if you’re looking for something close to universal studios. The rooms were nice and clean and the shuttle is super convenient to getting to and from universal studios.

The location was good. I prepaid for this stay on the booking.com app well before I visited the US. I placed my card on file for the resort hold of $200usd then a week after checking out the hotel managed to ‘accidentally’ charge me $2000 and ignore all my emails and calls until I eventually had to take it further. Weeks later I received a refund for a lot less and still barely any communication. I’d like to mention David who was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY STEAL MONEY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Ps Sheraton give my money back you’ll hear from my lawyer soon.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Sheraton. The staff and hotel were amazing. Close proximity to Universal Studios. You can walk there or take the shuttle which is very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second annual stay at The Sheraton". Based on our previous experience, we were happy to book again. The room was excellent,... and being at the opposite side from the 101 freeway, facing Universal studios, it was surprisingly quiet. The room aircon was very effective, and quiet enough to allow sleeping. The close proximity to all the restaurants in Universal City, provided a vast range of options, and allowed us to "walk off" some of our evening meal.... this meant that we mostly used the restaurant for breakfast. Following some very hot and busy days out, the swimming pool was an absolute pleasure....

This hotel was clean, had friendly staff, quiet rooms, and a free shuttle to the park. Our family had a great overall experience.

Rooms were nice. Staff were so friendly, especially with the kids. Offered them balloons and popsicles while we were checking in. Great shuttle service to universal.
