Delightful stay after a long day of driving. Stellar staff! Breakfast included a pancake making machine, a first for. They were delicious.

Rough wheeling bags to the side door because the concrete isn't very smooth there. There was also a trash can pretty inconveniently placed near the door making it difficult to get multiple bags through. Then while trying to work the bags around the trash can the door closes too quickly. It would be a lot more convenient to get a door that closes more gently. I was afraid it might take my child out before they got fully through the door if an adult hadn't been holding the door.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options to choose from. Parking was convenient and easy to access. Overall, the hotel provided a good value and a comfortable experience. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a clean and convenient place to stay.

No consistency in rules- my son stayed one night with no issues and next time was turned away after reservation had been paid, because said didn’t meet age requirements. Speaking to a manger or a refund were not given, I was stonewalled to “not available “. This is not about the rule- it is about the poor staff communication, inconsistency that was put into customer as an issue.

Poor communication with staff led to a very disappointing experience, attempted to get a manager to fix issues but was consistently just told “no manager on staff” to all questions relating to talk to issues with any manager, even at a future time to solve issues.

Went to take a shower and black bugs came out of the drain.

The room(s) were exceptional and everything I requested to prepare for my surgery the next day.

This facilty had a very good bed, an excellent shower, pretty good coffee, and the clerk was most friendly and helpful.
