While there was a kitchenette in the room, there was not a coffee pot or basic utensils available.

The office staff at night was rude and unhelpful. She said her knee was injured and she was only doing what she could and if she couldn’t help due to her injury then oh well.
-
I didn't stay at this facility. I arrived and the rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. I was unable to stay at this facility due to the overwhelming tobacco smell.

Check out at 11:00. WiFi cut off before 8:00. Door keys didn’t work after 8:00.

Smelled terrible— the whole hotel. I kept using body spray to make it smell better. The fridge was disgusting. Furniture was falling apart. Clientelle was bad. Blanket super thin. I can look past some things but the smell was disgusting.

The beds weren't very comfortable (seemed like a futon mattress on a metal frame with no box spring) the refrigerator looked rusty and looked like someone had tried to paint it in spots, there was no lamp in the room only overhead lighting. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed. The young lady at the desk was very professional and helpful. She made the stay nice with her friendliness and willingness to be of assistance. Overall not a terrible place to stay.

Ms. Gina & Ms. Melissa are my FAV. They always make me feel very welcome. Been staying here for a few months now & it's very nice here. To say they keep this Extended Stay well kept is an understatement.

I have stayed in multiple Extended Stay America places and I was surprised to see that this place had no utensils within the room or utensils to check out for the stay available. When asked about them, they said that I could purchase a set to keep but they had none available for us. This was totally unexpected! This made the kitchen totally unusable for us and we ended up eating outside for all meals. In addition, there were only two sets of towels even though we reserved for three people. We did not request an extra set since it was already very late. The value of this hotel is not good. They need to lower the price much more to meet the lower service and lower product quality for this establishment.

The room setup The tv did not work
-
the entire second floor REEKS of MOTH BALLS! Can you put anything more toxic. OMG and the elevator is slow so you have to asphyxiate yourself in your sweatshirt while waiting. The decades of caked up black stuff in the bathrooms. Please OMG Vomit. Nasty. On a positive note, the girl at the front staff was lovely.

The lady checking us in was friendly, super nice, and helpful, but the facility itself was awful. The room was small, the refrigerator had rust all over it, the bathroom cabinet was tiny, and there were no updates such as USB charging ports. I would not stay there again.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The base of the outside of the bathtub was dirty. The tv dId not work. The refrigerator was old and rusty although I did not use it. It was the only hotel that had available rooms in Tuscaloosa, otherwise I would have not booked here. I would have been better of sleeping in my car
