The bathroom was outdated and in need of upgrades. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor throughout the room that appeared to be coming from the carpet. The carpeting likely needs to be replaced to improve the overall cleanliness and guest experience. While the staff made a positive impression, the condition of the property left much to be desired. I hope management will invest in renovations and address these maintenance concerns so the hotel can better reflect the quality associated with the Hilton brand. The left elevator is defective and very loud.

You have to pay for breakfast. Nearby Waffle house was the better deal, so I ate there.

Michael was a great help, I guess the room key creator was not working. Michael walked us up to the room, then when the system came back up, he brought us our room keys. This room was on the 6th floor. Thank you again Michael! Excellent service!

Location, cleanliness, and front desk staff Lighting in room is extremely inadequate. DIY breakfast bar like at other Hilton properties was sorely missed. Belgian waffles were Belgian in name only

I was put in a ADA room didn’t request it. I could hear everything going on next to me and every time some flush the toilet above me. No housekeeping to bring in new towels or bed linens. Overall was not the stay I would except out of a Hilton hotel.

Ondre at the front desk was amazing. More than accommodating and helpful for what was just a 1 night stay for us. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again, we will be back!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We paid extra to add breakfast to our reservation. The sausage was burnt, there was no bacon, and it was crowded. This breakfast is absolutely not worth the extra cost.
