The front desk is the rudest, and seemed to stereotype me. I booked online and paid for 1 night & said I didn't have to pay anything at the property. So I get there and he tried to charge me 200 for incidental, and when I told him that was ridiculous. He denied me entry, and called the cops on me. Not to mention in a bad part of the city. Said I would get a refund and nvr did.

This is a great place for the area everything is close by,they only thing this place needs to work on is turning away the drug addicted drug dealers and all these poor drug addicts they allow to Rome around and hang out by stairs and sidewalks because the fentanyl smell was very strong,Maybe hire some security just remember not all money is good money

Nice room & facilities but the area is not the best

First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.
