Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel

The place was nice, however the last 2 nights of our stay, our room was not cleaned even though we were gone most of the day. Also, we had no hot water the morning we left, so had to take cold showers. Also, since we were visiting family locally we couldn’t use the parking garage unless we paid $20/day, so we had to have family pick us up daily and drop us off, which was inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly, and the shuttle service went above and beyond. However, my bill had a number of charges from some other guests' TV box on it. It took several calls to get my statement corrected, and I was told the TV boxes are sometimes moved to other rooms and then not reprogrammed. CHECK your TV when you arrive. If it does not have your name on it contact the front desk immediately.

Parking was 20$ which was horrible deal breaker for us

Hotel was very well maintained and sparkling clean. Restaurant/bar area was very lively and many TV’s showing sports and World Cup. Would definitely stay here again, as my daughter will be attending Towson in the Fall. The hostess/server in the restaurant could have been a little more friendly, and attentive. Free breakfast was very good.

Clean room, great staff, walking distance to shopping and dining, pool for kids, nice lounge amenities.

Location was perfect for our trip. Check in and parking was also no trouble at all. The property has started renovations and the room was newly refurbished. I tried to request an early check in and this was almost impossible. It was difficult get through to the hotel and then my request was essentially denied. Also the restaurant message still talks about COVID 19. Needs an update,

Shaquay was excellent. She was kind,, professional an the food was good. The staff at the Lounge Mr.Ben was a wonderful man. He was professional an kind. There wasn't enough luggage carts. We had to carry our luggage an cooler.

Great stay

Staff were okay just didn’t have an interaction with them other than check in and out. Room was clean but paint was chipping off the ceiling and they had this thing on the floor that looked like a floor stopper should of been there which i ended up stepping on by accident and scratching up my foot.

directly across from a huge mall puts the Sheraton in a great location. Easy parking in the garage at the hotel. A good bar inside with great staff members employed throughout the hotel. Nice spacious rooms.

Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money
