Reviews
-
Great location near the train and a lot of great restaurants. Excellent staff. Nice to have parking adjacent to the hotel. Was quiet even with 500 high school kids attending a wrestling camp.
-
They sold our room and made us go to a different hotel at 1 am in the morning for the first night of our 2 night stay. So we lost out on 30 minutes of sleep and still had to pack back up and move back to them for the second night.

I had been staying at this location for almost a week. I was on a work trip to corporate. As I slept in my room, the night before I flew back home. Someone gained access to room and stole my luggage. I reported to staff not one staff member lifted a finger let alone try to help you with whatever need to be done no comp no nothing. little do they realized they just lost a huge corporate account. My company doesn't have a corporate account with them but we are issued a corporate cc and pick and chose the place we stay at. Well guess wont be ever authorized or pre-approved to stay there!! NOT 1 PERSONE WORKING THERE OFFERED SOME GUIDENS. THE ONLY CALL I RECIVED WAS TO ASK ME TO SHARE MY FULL EXPRANCE(to late) and to not post a bad reviwe! wow. Dont ever saty ay the location in TEMPE AZ, across ASU forum or whaever that place was

Only thing I did not like was having to use my key card every time I got in the elevator.
-
We will return.

I stayed at the hotel alone for six days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Although the breakfast had only one or two vegan options, I still had a very good overall experience.
-
Great location, only knock is the separated, public parking
-
I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night.
-
They have a very good breakfast, but be aware that the end time if early and immediate -- if you come down at 9:05, everything will be gone. There is a lot of good seating in the breakfast area - very comfortable. Parking in the ramp was $16/night which seems high to me, but great if you don't have a car. The hotel is conveniently located.

Staff are ok however we booked 8th high floor room they gave us room on and floor had to go back to desk to have that corrected. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable however not enough lighting in room & not enough closet space for clothes no dresser. Continental breakfast was ok subpar food cold not much variety over 6 days and bland. Staff not knowledgeable about area, restaurants, things to do and general questions was disappointed. Although location is nice close to airport wouldnt stay there again. Also PARKING GARAGE BUT COSTS $16 PER DAY ADDITIONAL they dont tell you that at booking!! And they hold $100 deposit they dont tell you that at booking.
-
Everything about the stay was good until our AC stopped working. We did notify the front desk and they sent maintenance up to our room immediately. They could not repair it while we were staying there, so we were moved to a different room in the same hallway. The staff is great. Breakfast was also fresh every morning.

What a wonderful visit, didn’t expect such a nice and warm feeling place. Loved the room, very comfortable, and the pool area was so nice!
-
I loved my stay at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix/University! The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location. My favorite part was the rooftop room and rooftop area it offered beautiful views and was the perfect place to relax. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
-
The positive side: there is a covered parking that helps with the heat + EV charger available.

Super clean nice
-
Beautiful property, quiet despite being near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
-
So the room is clean it was fine. Staff was very helpful and nice, but the bed itself can’t say much about it.
-
Nice rooms but like the location when its Pat Tillmans. Breakfast is always the best. Always enjoy the stay.
