We did have an issue with my room: there was no cold water, so the shower was dangerously hot and unusable. The manager immediately moved us to another room for the night. While it was not comparable to the room I had originally paid for, the way the team handled everything the next day truly made a difference. The manager was empathetic, listened to the issue, refunded my night’s stay, moved us into a room comparable to the one we originally booked, and even comped breakfast for the inconvenience. It was a completely different outcome than I expected, especially after having a very poor experience at another Marriott property on a previous trip where my concerns were ignored. This hotel did the right thing and genuinely took care of us. I am very grateful for the professionalism and customer service. In fact, I immediately booked another stay for September because I do not want to take chances staying elsewhere when we had such a positive experience here. Highly recommend.

This hotel is really nice, when it comes to hospitality and just making you feel like you’re at home. This is also along a strip full of restaurants and things to do which made it easier to find things to do everyday.

Great venue. Stayed overnight and went to their rooftop bar, Skysill, to see Nils Hoffman. Awesome time!! Rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Ate dinner at their first floor restaurant. Salmon was very good! I would highly recommend!

Confort, cleanliness and convenience. Great place to stay just be ready to pay an extra 40 plus dollars per day for valet parking, there is no self parking in the premises.

The property is fantastic, the staff is wow amazing. We enjoyed the property roof bar, pool, etc. The location is perfect to walk around and enjoyed the local bars and food. The only drawback is 50 dollars a day for valet parking.
