Sheets, blankets, and pillowcases had splotches of blood and burn holes. Housekeeping came and made the bed several times but not once was anything changed out / washed. Staff was nice, no issues there.

Face was rundown in a terrible neighborhood. Nowhere to have a secure parking lot.

There was not hot water for the shower. The tub drain needed replaced. Excellent check in yesterday gentleman was very nice. Went beyond our needs. In the morning I advised a different gentleman about hot water and didn’t care. A lot of homeless people were around.

My room was very dirty, prostites outside, roaches everywhere. I did not stay, I slept in my car. I will never come here again. I went to the front desk to discuss the situation and no one to talk to.

He gave me a key to a second room, but when I opened the door, it was full of love bugs and flies because there was a noticeable gap under the door. At that point, I had enough and asked for a refund. I ended up leaving and booking a room somewhere else. Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and not a place I would stay again.

Dangerous location, crackheads and thugs on the property parking lot being loud and obnoxious and harassed me every time I left my room/returned. Was scared my entire stay could barely even sleep, the room doesn’t even smell clean or sanitized, hair on the bed and pillows so I doubt they wash the sheets. I checked out early, too many bad things it’s just not worth it, spend a little more to go somewhere comfortable and safe.

Bad area Vagrants everywhere, The hotel itself is okay but if you going on vacation chose differently,,,,,,,at least find one with a pool. The doors are located outside of the hotel and and my room door was not secure was not aligned and did not close properly. Close enough to the casino but not worth the stay even at 40,00 a night

If u want something of value with simple rooms. And close to the highway to get to where ur going.

the tv and pool did not work

That the pool was closed, not enough pillows on the bed, not enough towels in the bathroom, no coffee pot in the room.

Nothing The pictures are nothing like the room was bitten by something in the room

cheap price mold, roaches, vending machines scam and junkies harass you out side. the staff does nothing about it and gets offended when you ask them to.

Everything

Room was clean although dated and a bit musty. AC worked well and there is plenty of parking. Kudos on cleaning up the homeless people that used to camp out in front of the hotel with shopping carts, tents and chairs. There is a fridge and microwave and the TV is a decent size.
