This property was close to many attractions. The neighborhood was a bit questionable but the hotel had night security and the cars and grounds were all safe. The price was excellent, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The halls are ready for new carpet. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel! The neighborhood itself is a little sketchy... however, the hotel was good for the price and was close to the concert venue.

The hotel offers a budget-friendly option, but falls short on overall experience. The surrounding area feels a bit unsafe, especially at night. It’s an okay place to crash for a night, but not suited for a comfortable, extended vacation.

The front staff at check in were so nice and friendly. They suggested we leave our luggage and go grab a bite to eat since our room was not ready and even gave suggestions. Sophia in housekeeping/breakfast area went above and beyond. There was a VERY large, self centered group of people at breakfast and she realized that I had been waiting for 30 min to just get to the waffle station. She went in the back, poured me some batter and brought out another waffle iron for me to use. That same group threw trash on the floor (and told her to pick it up), left all their trash on the table and floor and she cleaned it up without saying a word. ANY time I saw her the whole weekend she was always smiling and ALWAYS addressed us and asked how things were. She needs to be in a more customer service role. She always made me smile. The manager at the hotel also asked me how everything was and was always giving positive comments to the staff. EVERY Staff member we came in contact with made sure our stay was the best it could be. The AC filters need to be changed or cleaned. Had a musty/stale smell.

Bed made a lot of noise, dust, and dirt all over the floor in the room. Smelled pot all night. Elevator was disgusting cigarette butts bed was hard as a rock. toilet didn’t always flush and no hot hot hot water.

The additional $$ for the rooms on arrival, that is unpublished or documented charges on the hotel site as well as noted by the person who checks you in, the incidental amount on arrival that your scam artist front desk, broken english female employee didn't want to return as indicated on arrival that would guaranteed be returned upon checkout, the HIGH volume of homeless people, shoes, large amounts of trash, clothes surrounding the outside of your hotel, the food trash left all over the parking lots at all times of the day/night, the dirty floors that turn the bottom of your feet black, the stained shower towels, the gouges along the walls, elevator doors and floors, the word crack clearly carved into the elevator moulding that is obvious isn't new, the gouges in the elevator door, the 90° temperature elevator, the dingy rooms, the dirt in the bathroom that wasn't there when you left the hotel room for the day, but was later, the glossy finger smears on the wall, the peeling ceiling, the tub that looks fairly new but is DIRTY, the filthy old furniture in the rooms, the banged up severely scratched furniture, refrigerator, out in the open drug deals in the parking lot at night, the drug intoxicated people staying at the hotel having arguments with the air in the parking lot, the lengthy loitering of people outside of the hotel, the high volume of rotating vehicles in/out of the parking lot especially at night giving strong indications of possible human trafficking. Enjoy!!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, from the rooms and bathrooms to the fresh sheets and towels. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The shower had plenty of warm water, and the property was well maintained—nothing looked run down. The pool was very nice, and at night it lights up beautifully, creating a great atmosphere and making it perfect for taking pictures. The hotel also has an outdoor grilling area with tables, which is ideal for families who want to enjoy a picnic or cook a meal together. The picnic area itself is beautiful and adds to the relaxing feel of the property. For the price, this hotel was an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again. There were two things I didn’t particularly like about my stay. First, the pool towel station had baskets labeled for clean and dirty towels, but there were no clean towels available during my visit. Second, I found the complimentary breakfast to be very basic and lacking variety. The only hot item available was boiled eggs, while most of the options consisted of bagels, waffles, cereal, and other carbohydrates. As someone who prefers a lower-carb breakfast, I would have appreciated additional protein options such as sausage, bacon, or other hot breakfast items. Expanding the breakfast selection would make the experience much more enjoyable for a wider range of guests.

The hotel was clean, the air conditioner worked well, there was a fridge in the room I called down for maintenence twice, they never sent anyone up, when I checked in the front desk agent was kind of a jerk, and while there's a fridge, there's no microwave in the room.

I didn't like the fact that the homeless people were allowed to come into the hotel and get drinks from the dining area.
