Staff, location and price

The staff was very helpful and let us check in earlier which was very convenient. The hotel room was also clean and staff cleaned it for us.

Unfortunately, the location is the best quality of this hotel. The rooms and hallways are outdated and in need of cleaning and a renovation.

I STAY HERE EVERY TIME I AM AT A CONCERT OR SPORTING EVENT AT RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE LOCATION, MALL RESTURANTS ALL WITH IN A TWO MINUTE WALK.

The staff are outstanding. Great location for Raymond James Stadium. Good choice of restaurants either hotel or mall attached to hotel. Self parking very limited but ok to park in mall with hotel permit. Standard buffer breakfast

The towels were a bit rough and could be softer and fluffier. The ironing board and iron in the room could also be upgraded. Aside from those minor issues, everything was great. The restaurant food was excellent, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I think the bar/restaurant were a bit undersized for a facility of this size. The bartenders and restaurant staff was exceptional.. After spending $400 for a room, it kind of stinks to get socked with a $15 charge for self-parking. partner did not like the bathroom lights for some reason.
