Pablo at the desk is extremely helpful, I would Rate him 5 stars alone as well as the shuttle service. The building is kinda older but that’s service 100%.

Not a good-looking place, paying good money for a room where you thought it was going to be a well-kept room, and then being charged for breakfast is crazy.On top of a hot room, I called the front desk, and they never came to check on the AC. They could use some updates for the price I paid.

To start, there is no AC when you enter the lobby. Check in was quick. Got to the room, the AC didn't go any lower than 75.

Very good experience. Staff were great!! Breakfast was good and we loved the pool and patio. We picked a balcony room and so glad we did, so relaxing watching the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!
