Amazing Stay!!!!!! Everything was perfect and the staff was Wonderful

As a visiting parent to USF, this was a great choice!

Our shower got stuck and needed the handyman. Once again entered the room without consent.

Everything was fantastic! Jack was our shuttle driver (and later our bartender) and was incredibly kind and friendly. Everyone at the front desk was accommodating as well. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back the next time we go to Busch Gardens.

The check in was excellent. The staff was friendly. The room was vary nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was vary clean.

Water in the shower was one temperature very very hot. So someone could shower. Something was spilled over the floor a sticky mess

The bathroom need some updating, the shower head was very small and hardly poor water out.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff are very nice and helpful. I love that they have an electric car charger. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable.

Perfect location for out trip to Busch Gardens!

From checking in to checking out the staff cld not have been more helpful especially the 2 ladies at breakfast. Not only was the food delicious n plentiful, the staff met our needs for items before we even did!! Kudos to the breakfast ladies especially!! . I’ll be back!!

This was very convenient and my room was spacious and clean! I liked the complimentary breakfast, too!

Booked a 2 room king suite. The front tv didn’t work even after some troubleshooting. The right shelf of the tv stand in the bedroom was covered in some type of extremely sticky goo with a set of kids socks that were stuck to it. The ac is all or none. I don’t think the thermostat worked. I turned it up all the way to 80 and the room stayed at 65. The towels were old and frayed. The diner on site was pretty good though.

We spent the day at MOSI. THe hotel was 5 minutes away.

Breakfast and happy hour was great! Property could use some deep cleaning and upgrades to landscape. But room was clean and fine!

It was a car broken into while I was there.

I love the fact its rooms were NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOW I dont like that we pay for a room there then have to pay 13.00 for parking should be included

Everything was fine except for the scalding shower water that even at its lowest setting was barely tolerable. As if the cold water is not attached to the shower.
