Clarion Pointe Tampa-Brandon Near Fairgrounds and Casino

Our room was spacious and we did not know we had a second-floor loft & bathroom. The small kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator was a nice bonus too. It would have been nice to have soap to wash hands at the sink. The room was clean & the air conditioning was perfect. When we were leaving, the cleaning staff offered to take my bags down the stairs. Just a side note there are no elevators but there was a landing halfway up the stairs. There was no in room safe. The grounds were well kept and pretty. There were strings of lights above the pool area which was nice at nighttime. It was outside our window, but it did not affect our sleep.

Clean room, nice staff. The TV remote control was worn out, therefore we couldn’t watch TV. In the bathroom, the door should have a hook, to hang the towe l.

Breakfast could have more of a variety of fruit Yogurt were frozen one morning

Place was Very Clean. Breakfast was good&Fresh. A/C working fine no issues .Pool Area&Pool Clean.The Staff are very Nice , Professional as well as made fresh coffee upon check-in much Needed & Appreciated

I loved there was a loft & the bedroom was separate from the living area. The air conditioner was super cold, no matter what we did the temperature stayed at 68 degrees.

It smell clean and was in a good area and value of the night was decent. I didn’t like that I was called prior to me coming to check in due to rooms getting booked up and they were getting ready to give my room away

BOOK THE SUITE!!!! It's a full loft apartment ( w/o a stove). 1 1/2 baths, one up, one down stairs!! Beautiful Courtyard!! I love sitting on my balcony listening to travelers arrive and seeing them AWE at the beautiful garden and courtyard! Very nice Pool, cannot say enough about the wonderful staff!! 2 TVs. Clean Clean Clean!!

The property is severely outdated and not well maintained. There was no elevator available, which created a significant accessibility issue. When I requested a refund due to the condition of the room and my concerns, management refused. The room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong sewage odor, the sink appeared dirty and had not been properly cleaned, there was black mold throughout the shower tile grout, and I even found bugs in the bed sheets. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below what any guest should expect. What made this experience even worse was an interaction with a male member of the cleaning staff. While assisting with my luggage, he repeatedly attempted to get me to hold his hand and began making inappropriate sexual comments. He also stood uncomfortably close to me despite my obvious discomfort. After I got away and entered my vehicle, he remained standing in the middle of the parking lot staring at me. His behavior was extremely unsettling and made me genuinely fear for my safety. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with appeared completely unconcerned and showed no interest in addressing the situation or ensuring my safety. Between the filthy room conditions, lack of accessibility, refusal to issue a refund, and the disturbing behavior of an employee, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
