The club room was nice. Good breakfast but expensive. Friendly staff. Strange bathroom. Room a bit tight.
-
Nothing It's a scam, dirty rooms, no hot water, they lie about the parking. AVOID
-
Spacious bedroom, overall facilities, "The Club" with free drinks/snacks, location Hotel was fully booked so shower water was cold/lukewarm

LOVE the feeling of security because you NEED your room key to enter the living quarters and longing areas. Only complaints were that my wife and I spent 10 minutes trying to find the lobby until we realized that the lobby was 1 floor above the entrance (also on us, we didn't really read the signs). Breakfast was €20 with a small selection.

Very friendly staff and clean and nice rooms Nothing

The sauna had a warm-up time of roughly 1 1/2 hrs. The staff was so service minded that they turned on the sauna each evening at 19:00 so it would have a perfect temperature when I would arrive at the hotel after work at 21:00. Merci.

Beautiful hotel, creative room design, wonderful stay ?

Water drainage in the shower was clogged. Water sipping to the dry area.

Loved the sauna, the room and bed, and le club A bit outside the old town. But close to the tram.

The room was good, the beddings were very very comfy. We did not have breakfast so I cannot pronounce myself on this topic. The location was convenient. 1) The staff was untrained and mostly dismissive to the exception of one person whom I did not catch the name unfortunately (I'm a french speaker so there was no potential language barrier) My partner wanted a glass of wine, the helpful person said : "sure, the reception can put this on your tab and we will serve you", My partner went to the reception the reply was: "the bar is closed" while we later got served by the first person mentioned (who was already off duty). 2) The hotel mentions that they have a parking, well that's not the case at all, foresee a daily charge of 16eur at the nearest private parking, the hotel will provide you with a discount amounting to 1 to 3 euros, which is disappointing. 3) The absence of water in the room at least at arrival was very unpleasant specifically when we arrived very late and nothing around was open. The hotel states that this is ecofriendly and limiting the plastic use, unsure how ecofriendly is the fact that you have to take the lift to refill your bottle 2 times a day.

Beautiful property with a reasonable sized room in a perfect location close to center. While the room was quite large the bed could have been somewhat bigger.
-
There was a very serious hygiene problem. The corridors literally stank. The location is nice, and you can easily get there by tram, but it's outside the city. The staff are quite good.
-
The room was nice, comfy bed, lovely relaxation room. Nothing stood out.
-
Great lounge area called the "club" where there are drinks and snacks all day. Nice place to work, relax, play a game, decompress. Staff really nice and welcoming. Tram right in front of the hotel. The bathrooms are somewhat see-through. They are not very private. Take this into consideration if traveling with another person.

The room was really small, hard to move around, not enough storage space

The room was well designed, the location was great. We loved that our dog was able to stay with us at no additional cost. The only real complaint we had was that the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. The mattress was so firm we were tossing and turning all night and the pillows were so thin I'd wake up with the worst neck pain. We booked three nights and after the second we were seriously considering driving home early because the sleep was so bad.
