    Room was clean but outdated with wear and tear. Casino area of hotel was hot and stuffy but hotel room was cool with air conditioner on or window open. The steakhouse restaurant was closed on Sunday which was a bummer. It’s also closed on Mondays. Self parking was a bit of a mess and looked like a construction zone. Overall experience was good but not great.

    Our room was dirty upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room did NOT work at all. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. The server at the restaurant was extremely rude when we asked how much longer after waiting an hour for 1 pizza and then made a stink about how much we tipped. Not impressed!

    Have stayed here before and was great. This time also overall excellent. The room a little tired. Beds great but side chairs stained and you sunk in them. Love the two full bathrooms which is main reason I like this hotel. All interactions with staff excellent. All friendly and helpful. Walking distance to heavenly village shops and restaurants.

    For arcade we had to cross the road and go to caesars .. and 1 hour late checkout could be helpful

    The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back.
